The view from the campsite was amazing and the sunsets were gorgeous. There was plenty of space for everyone to setup tents or an RV or 2. The RV trailer we rented from Lo came with everything we needed for a weekend's stay. All we really needed to bring was food and drinks. He had sleeping bags and pillows, paper plates, paper towels, utensils, toilet paper, shampoo, soap. All the amenities you would expect from an Airbnb, Lo had them. It was an unexpected but very pleasant surprise. The outhouse was setup very nicely and everyone in our party appreciated the hot showers and flushing toilet. Lo also provided disposable tooth brushes, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and wipes. It definitely made the experience that much better.
It was nice enough for a campfire and Lo provided plenty of firewood for our stay. It was seasoned oak and 2-3 logs lasted the whole evening.
There were very little insects during our stay. No flies, mosquitos. We left some food out on our last evening that that attracted some yellow jackets, but not much.
The weather was hot during the day but there was a breeze and in the evenings it cooled down to a very comfortable mid 60's.
We loved that it was private and isolated but still had cell signal so the kids didn't complain that much. Hahaha.
My only complaint, and it is just a nitpick at this point, was to add more flat areas, but we were able to make due. Lo mentioned that he is working on it.
Overall everyone had a great time.

The property is big with a lot of room to spread out. Plenty of flat areas to pitch tents or park your RV. Plenty of trees for shade and for hanging up hammocks. Fairly quiet at night. Very little bugs. Composting out house was very clean. Would love to come back in the spring when the pond has more water and everything is green and lush. We saw deer, hares, squirrels, and quite a few varieties of birds. Great communication from Christopher.
