The Whole Dang Island is an ideal location right outside of the city. I highly recommend renting all the campsites as it will give you plenty of space to spread out tents and offer lots of access to the water for all. Especially during the pandemic, having the whole island provided plenty of privacy and felt very safe. Our hosts were always quick to respond and help in anyway needed! One word of caution, bring water shoes as there is one section where you will need to cross a shallow stream in order to reach the sites on the water.
