Peaceful Group Camping + Coffee :)
in Nero Coffee Camping Spot, North CarolinaGreat location and camping opportunities in one place! It rained for our entire stay but we enjoyed our stay on the property. Highly recommend, and go by Whitâs Frozen for their custard cookie sandwich!
Otter Otter Pond - Site 5
in Lower Sherwood Farm, VirginiaWonderful camping and llamas
Beautiful and private sites. Stayed on the pond across from the llamas. Everything was perfect, thanks to Paige and Steven for the introduction to their llamas. Firewood was seasoned and burned perfect. We couldnât have asked for a better experience or stay. Weâll definitely be returning.
Site 5 - Starry Night Meadows
in Starry Night Meadows, VirginiaGreat camping with lots close by..
Great stay. Eva is the perfect host, welcome greeting with fresh fruits from her garden. We had the opportunity to discuss our bread making with her and her vast experience! Amenities are fantastic with something for everyone. Although we didnât use them all they were available, including hot outdoor showers! We will be back in the fall!
Open fields adjacent to vineyards
in Mountain Cove Vineyards, VirginiaSite 4 - Bald Eagle Farm on the Patuxent
in Bald Eagle Farm on the Patuxent, MarylandPrivate site on the river
Great host and great location! Directions were easy to follow to the farm from the main roads. We met at the barn and were guided to the site. Very private.
We camped at site #2 near the river. We had plenty of firewood for the cooler evening.
The cornfields had just been cut and we had clear views to the farm and skies, just what we were looking for.
A nice walk to the river on the dock. We'll be back with the kayaks next time. No bugs in November!
Definitely opt for the fresh farm eggs.
