This is great place for a 2-3 day trip. It is close to shops, cafe, and two restaurants. I recommend staying here if you want to explore nearby hiking trails. I went to Bodega Head, about 30-45 minutes from the campsite. The drive was amazing filled with small towns to stop by and get food. The drive to the campsite was easy, good for any car. My car is a Corolla and made the drive just fine. The bathroom is a compost toilet. To me it was better than most compost toilets I used. I visited the site during the week, there were not many people staying, I had no problem with privacy. I stayed at the Peanut campsite, i highly recommend it. You will have a picnic table. If you need more ice or forgot anything the grocery store is only a 7 minute drive. I plan to come back and stay at the Yurt. It looked amazing.

This is a great place for a quick get away. Layna is a great host. I loved the outdoor kitchen and the comunal dining area. A great spot to come alone or with friends. I am definitely coming back.
