As the name describes this place is pristine with plenty of beautiful spaces to camp amongst open grass areas and shady groves of trees. The site is absolutely divine with ample sites that you donât even need to be near your camping neighbours. The owners are super friendly and helpful and even brought a fire pit down for us. Lots of lovely wildlife with kangaroos and heaps of birds. We loved this place and the peace and serenity.

Loved this beautiful bush farm stay, the quietest place Iâve ever camped and we had this space all to ourselves. The camp area was spacious with a lot of flat areas to set up, well maintained and very close to town. Definitely recommend for a peaceful stay close to everything one would want to do in and around Stanthorpe.

Westcloud Free Range Campsites
in Westcloud, QueenslandA monet painting in the bush
What an unexpectedly beautiful place! We camped beside the dam which was full of waterlilies and lotus flowers, spectacular and just like a Monet painting. There was ample space here in a couple of different sites, a large open area with lots of trees and shade, a platform above the dam area with a great view and lots of light but we decided to camp right next to the dam which was not flat ground but very doable with some chocks and well worth the effort to be closer to the water for the dogs, the incredible view of the flowers in the water and a wonderful breeze for the full four days, which was just as well because we camped on the hottest of days, 34+ degrees but it was still lovely and the nights were perfect. Tenielle was lovely, super friendly and helpful with directions for nice walks. The area is a bit remote which is just the way we like it, other than one other couple for two nights we had the whole place to ourselves! A pleasant country was into town, about 4kms where you can get a great coffee, stock up on supplies and even visit the Tiaro Christmas shop. We just loved the peace and quiet, the beautiful gumtrees and the dogs has a wonderful time in and out of the water. Highly recommend this place!

Past trip
in Kookaburra Hills, QueenslandThis was such a great campsite, easy to get to, beautiful bushy site right next to a creek with clear running water, our campsite was spacious and private with a great distance between us and our neighbours, it was peaceful and quiet, dogs could roam around freely and our host Gary was the best. No kids which we loved. This site will not disappoint if you love the real camping experience and are self contained. There is a great walk around this expansive property and very friendly cows to pat. Gary is a super nice, interesting guy and really looked after us, checking in several times to make sure we were happy. Highly recommended.
