Jimmy is a kind host, and the land he offers is lovely. HOWEVER, upon arrival, the other tenant of his residence left us feeling kind of off when he said "This guy is weird, I wouldn't stay here if I were you."

The listing photos and address provided are to his house, which has NO connection to the property. When we asked about showers, he said he had a solar bag shower he could loan us, which we politely declined. His ONLY available facilities are not his own, but a truck stop down the road.

When you've been on the road for days and days, and show up expecting to take a shower, do laundry, etc, and there's now power unless you want to park in his driveway where the only power is, it's disappointing.

There is NO running water available, no defined "sites" in his fenced field, and very little shade. If you literally just need a place to sleep, it would be fine, but we were disappointed by this experience.
