Learn more about this land: Guthrie is a historical landmark, there's lots to do within 10 miles of my property, 3 lakes, swimming, fishing, pontoon boat rental, Bass fishing and Crappie fishing guide on site, theres hiking, mtn biking, Drive In Theater, World Class Restaurants all nearby. Transportation available to and from Historic Guthrie.

Jimmy’s property was awesome and there was plenty of room to spread out! Jimmy was an excellent host to myself and my dog, who loved his property because she could run free after a long day stuck in the car, plus she was mesmerized by the goats.

Jimmy is great. Very friendly and ready to help you with anything you. Only con is it on some very rough roads to get there.

Nice guy, profile misleading
Nice guy, but ultimately not what I expected based on the campsite profile. Bathroom being in his residence and not locking is a significant issue safety-wise. Not a well lit entrance and directions were a little tricky. Friendly and helpful host.

Jimmy was there to welcome us and show us around even though we arrived late in the night. We immediately felt welcomed and had a calm and restful night there.
