Colette is a fantastic host and her property is gorgeous and well equipped. The amenities that she provides like firewood, bbq, pool, and mini-fridge were much appreciated. The camping space is enormous and perfect for a group or just a romantic couple’s getaway. The road to Forest Spring is pretty rough and it takes a long time to go anywhere so just stay put and explore Colette’s private trails (she’ll provide a map). Added bonus, Daphne, the dog is very special, she’s smart, friendly, and loves belly rubs. My little girls who started off scared of her, fell in love and were so sad to leave.

The common areas were fantastic. What a treat to have hot water in the bathrooms and the large industrial sink was such a nice convenience for washing dishes. My kids loved the chickens, goat, and cats. The chickens wake early and are very noisy, bring ear plugs in case you want to sleep in.
