Nice property and even has an indoor hot shower and toilet. You can tell at times this place is probably hopping. If there were events Iâd come back to check them out. They were very attentive. A bit off the track but that was nice.

We really enjoyed this spot. Nice and quiet with a lake across the street where you can relax on the dock. Great location with regards to multiple springs and downtown DeLand (good restaurants there). Paul was helpful although we didn't need much help. He has a great property. The sites are spread out enough that you donât have to look at each other and everyone has a view. Not yo mention water and 50amp hookups. We would stay again.

Liz and Tom were very responsive and generous. Tom gave us a tour to meet all the horses, goats, chickens, turkeys, dogs and cats. What a great place! We would stay there again for sure. Also, the homemade jam and goat cheese was a nice touch!
Past trip
The Rose Comb Rooster - Tent & RV
in Stony Rose Farms, New YorkIt felt like real camping. Except for the roosters. But we didnât mind them. We were only there for 1 night and didnât get to explore the property much, but Kara did bring us some fresh eggs and we got to meet the chickens and her cute daughter. Our spot had a picnic table and a laminated paper that explained the area and local hikes to see and do.
