Past trips
Golden Dawn - #1 HipCamp NM
in Shanti Community and Retreat, New MexicoRabbit Hole Sand Dunes
in Rabbit Hole Ranch, ColoradoTent Camping
in A-Lodge Boulder, ColoradoA Lodge was a quaint little spot. Lovely, on a creek, a nice and peaceful ambiance.
The lodge itself was pretty too.
A short drive from Boulder up the canyon.
The tent sites are up a steep trail, on platforms. We had our 2 young kids with us, so not ideal for young kids but awesome for solo camping, or couples.
Elk Tipi
in 4 Leg Adventures Non Profit, ColoradoThe campsite at Elk Tipi was beautiful. Quiet, peaceful, and great views.
It was close to the quaint town of Paonia , so easy to get in and out of town.
Black Burro Ranch
in Black Burro Ranch, ColoradoBlack Burro Ranch was absolutely lovely.
RenĂŠ and her dog, Jolene, were such welcoming hosts, and the ambiance and location of the campsite were awesome.
The out house was easy to use, cute, and clean.
We loved it and canât wait to go back!
The Shanti Yurt - #1 HipCamp NM
in Shanti Community and Retreat, New MexicoThe Shanti yurt was one of the most amazing places Iâve ever been. Totally a magical experience. The location is very remote, and very peaceful and beautiful.
We arrived late, and I wouldnât want to arrive after dark only because the roads would be harder to navigate in the dark.
The yurt was so cute, the property and ambiance absolutely gorgeous, and I canât wait to go back and spend more time.
