Porte-Cochere in Joshua Tree
in The Joshua Tree Bom, CaliforniaWe had a great time staying at Cheryl and Jimbo's place. Our 3 year daughter had a blast as well, especially making s'mores.
There was a big storm/flood the first night we stayed, and they reached out to us first thing in the morning to update us about the main road closure and to see if we were all good.
We asked them for some easy hikes to do with a toddler and infant, they provided great direction. We picked one of the loops the second day and it was amazing.
Great hospitality and insight.
Thank you! :)
in Douthat State Park, Virginia
Great campsites near the end of the reservoir. Cabins look great too, but we didn't have a chance to check them out. Great, easy camping for young families.
in First Landing State Park, Virginia
Great beach camping. We wanted to go back to the sites right on the beach. The discovery center provided great history on the park.
in Half Moon Bay State Beach, California
Easy, fun weekend camping for those living in San Francisco and want a cheap getaway.
