It was a pleasure meeting Ashley and her family, visiting with the animals, checking out the wildflowers. The land is gently rolling and smells so good in the morning. Ashley is a welcoming and attentive host. The star was the Eclipse of course.

Ashley’s land was a great place to camp during the eclipse! There were also many wildflowers and Texas bluebonnets on the land! Plenty of space and plenty of privacy. Great place to camp!

Thr Best & Most Memorable Hip Camp!
https://www.kxan.com/weather/eclipse/couple-getting-married-in-texas-during-total-solar-eclipse/amp/
Best Hip Camp experience, EVER! Our family stayed at 2 Naughty Chickens Ranch for the 2024 solar eclipse with 3 camper vans, a regular van, and a truck. Decided to have a small, intimate wedding during the eclipse since both sets of parents and siblings were all going to be there. Ashley went out of her way to help with whatever we needed.
Ashley happily made sure everyone had the best and most memorable experience! She picked out the perfect area on the ranch - which was blanketed in colorful, fragrant Blue Bonets - where we had a private ceremony and the most amazing spot to view the eclipse. The communication with Ashley was beyond perfect and the attentiveness of the entire family was touching. On the day we left, we had a severe thunderstorm and got stuck in the mud. Ashley and her family was right there to help us get unstuck - and she got so muddy, but made sure till the end that our entire stay was safe, memorable, and fun. As we left, she gave us some personalized ornaments she made to help us remember the wedding and the eclipse.
The farm itself had a variety of chickens, 2 rescued donkeys, and a bunch of goats and dogs that are clearly loved by the family. Overall, highly recommend staying at 2 Naughty Chickens Ranch with the clear skies and star-filled nights. It was peaceful, quiet, safe, and sooo relaxing! Just simply AMAZING!!! Thank you Ashley and family.

TNCR Extra Tent Camping
Lots of room on a level field with cedar trees and wildflowers galore in April. Great hosts. Very helpful. I would stay here again. Nice and quiet.

Ashley is a wonderful host at her Two Naughty Chickens Ranch - even though there are principally goats and a couple big donkeys. Ashley responds rapidly to Hipcamp queries and communications. She has excellent well water for drinking, cooking, etc; but no toilet facilities at the campsite area. So BYO.
We camped for the eclipse in April. Wildflowers and butterflies everywhere! A wedding ceremony was performed in the beautiful Blue Bonnet meadow while the eclipse progressed. Very memorable. Her camping site is ideal for both tenters and RVers. Check with Ashley what size RV rig or trailer you would bring as there is a berm to cross over to the rear pasture area. We had no problems with our Outback and Taxa Tigermoth.
TNCR is nearly a dark sky site for star gazing and telescope viewing. We were able to pick out very faint objects through the telescope which doubled the fun of the eclipse. The weather went from spectacular for most of our stay to T-storms and tornado warning the morning we packed up. So be prepared for TX weather.
I could not say we will pass by again soon from Denver to TX. But if you are traveling through the area I would highly recommend camping with Ashley and her family for a very quiet and relaxing experience.
