Our campsite only accommodates one guest at a time. When you book your dates, you will be the only guest on site and get the whole property to yourself. Our campsite offers privacy that you cannot get at a traditional campground. We provide full electricity, septic, and water hookups for campers. We now offer free fiber internet with your stay. The property has a private boat ramp/ driveway that leads to the water for launching boats, kayaks, swimming and easier fishing access. Our riverbank is a gradual, sandy slope that is perfect for swimming and kayaking in the summer months. The campsite offers a swing set, charcoal grill, picnic table, saucer swing, 2 kayaks with lifejackets, and firewood so campers can relax by the fire and enjoy watching the wildlife. INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY: 2 kayaks and 2 paddles will be included during your entire stay. Please only use them at our campsite. Please wear your lifejacket while swimming and kayaking. NOTE: The river levels are controlled by the Great Falls Dam in Rock Island. During the months of October- early May, the water levels drop 20ft to prevent flooding. Note: Cell service is spotty for Verizon and very scarce for AT&T. We are just a few miles from Highway 111 and minutes from downtown Sparta. Surrounded by Fall Creek Falls State Park, Lost Creek Falls and Cave, Rock Island State park, Burgess Falls State Park, and Virgin Falls. Our campsite is minutes from Lost Creek Falls and Cave with a beautiful scenic drive through the back roads of White County. We have two amazing overlooks in White County: Welch's Point and Sunset Rock that pictures do not do justice! White County has more caves, waterfalls, and scenic overlooks per square mile than anywhere else in the United States. We are a bustling town with so much recreation, history, and culture that it has to be shared! The spot is very well maintained and everything works great. All of the things they’ve put in like the table, swings, fire pit, landscaping and trees, boat launch, water, lock box, and high speed wifi add something to the place and stay. The pull through was super easy, and our 23’ camper took very little leveling. It was a great spot for our family of 2 toddlers, 2 goldens, and 2 parents.

Gorgeous spot on the river!!

My family and I had a wonderful time camping here!! Host communicated well and was very responsive. This is a beautiful site; the river was clear and we enjoyed kayaking with the kayaks provided plus we brought our own. The sandy beach was a great spot for the kids, plus they enjoyed the swing. Like others have mentioned, you are right on a road, however it is a very rural area with little traffic. Our kids were even able to ride their scooters on it at various times of day. I really can’t say enough good things; it is 10/10 and highly recommend this camping spot. We plan to return.

This was so awesome! Grandma took two 13 yr old boys who live to fish and it was fantastic! They had a great time and I loved the swing!! So relaxing. Cameron is a great hostess. I highly recommend this spot.

Campsite on the Caney Rocks!!

We originally booked for us and another family and because some rough weather, it ended up being just my husband and me. This site is so peaceful! We only saw one car while we were there. Cameron is a wonderful host with great communication! You can tell this site is well cared for! Everything about it was great! The site was freshly mowed when we arrived and the wifi was a great plus since there is no cell service (T-Mobile). There was also access to firewood, which was perfect for an evening fire. We used the kayaks to float the river and even with the lower river levels, it was amazing! We have already booked another trip in the fall!! This will definitely become one of our regular spots!
