If advanced notice, an hour Lesson or Ride can be scheduled. Our animals are friendly and love attention. Dogs welcome but need a leash. Our Family run Farm is willing to accommodate your needs. We sit at the midpoint between Grove City College (8 minutes) and Slippery Rock University (9 minutes). Today, you'll see the property offers a single site (with 50/30amp electric hookup and water) for those looking to escape the city and find reprieve in the country. Lord willin', more RV and camp sites will be on the way! We intend to be available May 1st to October 31st (weather pending). Pricing is about $40+ less (nightly) than the KOA! Plus you get a huge space. There is no bath house, sewer/dump station (for black/gray water), or showers at this time, but you'll see we are working towards those things. With good planning and if you prefer, we can be there to help you set up. The site will be clearly marked, and there is more than enough room to back in/out. We can host the largest of rigs (even up to 45 feet). As you can imagine, it takes a lot of mowing to manage grounds of this size. There is a red storage building (for our mower) about 10 yards from the site that we reserve the right to access. We want the place in top shape for you, and we will not mow or weed-wack near your site during your stay. We do have three well behaved pups, and we are about 60 yards away from this site in our cabin. Sorry to say, we are not yet comfortable with guests bringing pets, but this may change soon. Must love dogs, because we do take ours throughout the property for exercise. Though you will see sewer clean outs, our system is not equipped or available for RV septic use as this time. Tampering with or attempting to use the clean outs will likely lead to a discontinuation of your stay. Please forgive us, we are working on a plan for this in the future. We accept Class B’s, Class C’s, and Camper Vans.

All hook-ups worked, well kept landscape. Main house is in view from all spots but a quiet area nonetheless. Depending on how booked the area is you could have a neighbor within shouting distance. AWD/4WD recommended for the grass/field spots as they are on top of a grassy hill so unless you can get momentum with a trailer in reverse(!), might have difficulty backing up to them. This is a great spot. It was very convenient for where I was visiting. Ian was great and made sure I had a spot that worked for my setup and preference. There are plenty of trees and grass so you feel like you're in nature but you also have the option for electricity, should you need it. The grassy area is overall level and is easy to get in and out of the parking area.

Downtown is 20ish minutes away, There is a mutiuse trail nearby that we spent quite a bit of time with our dogs. The camo space was clean, quiet and comfortable. This was EXACTLY what we needed, which was a secure quiet place to park our rig and sleep while doing stuff in Pittsburgh. Brian stopped by and was a cool guy. The yard had cool stuff for the kids to -look- at. To be clear, you aren’t staying for the destination and the listing is clear about that. But that said, if you are like us and actually like industrial lots and cool trucks and stuff, you might just hang out and enjoy yourself. Anyway would recommend 10/10. I’m sure we will be back because Pittsburgh is rad.

I had a great stay @Cliff Mine Heights. I was passing through town and needed a place to lay my head. I messaged Ian to see if this would be ok seeing it was last minute and he was extremely friendly and welcoming and assured me that it was no problem. Upon arrival he told me where I could park my vehicle for the evening. He later came over and introduced himself and also to some of his family. Just truly great kind people and Ian and I had some great conversation about camping, and truck setups, work. He was truly an Amazing Host and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his place to stay. He provided electric, 110 V 20 A and there was water available at a Spicket to fill the tank if needed and also had a location to dump the black and gray water tanks. The lot was huge and very easy to maneuver around it was very convenient for us. I would recommend this location for anybody needing a spot to park their RV in the Pittsburgh area.

The whole space is beautifully green; would recommend splurging a tiny bit for the site with the great view. Brian’s land was ideal for my needs. Quiet and peaceful, and I felt very secure leaving my travel trailer while visiting Pittsburgh every day. It’s convenient for commuting to the city and very affordable. Brian himself was quick to respond and easy to communicate with (for instance, he was incredibly patient with my inability to find the sewer port and guided me right to it.) It’s no state park with tables and fire pits but it was absolutely perfect for my needs and I’ll definitely return next time I’m in the area to visit folks in PGH

This is a beautiful rustic campground! Great tent sites in lower loop but a little tight for RVs. Lots of trees and privacy. One tip, they were having well issues so no potable water to fill our tank. Ironic that we had 4 inches of rain in 24 hours!
