RV site with water and sewer hookups, offering views of ponds and fields and your own front yard to relax and enjoy some downtime. Situated on 10.5 acres and shared with six other guest sites, this location offers easy back-in access and plenty of sunshine for solar panels. We're about a 60-minute drive from Pittsburgh, PA, 13 miles from Youngstown, OH, and 30 minutes from the Grove City Outlets.15 foot wide by 50 foot long gravel pad with water, sewer and 50 amp electric hook ups. Grassy community area.

Wood is for sale on site. You must bring your own “zero footprint” portable fireplace, that leave no trace on the ground. For example Solo Stove, etc.

On leash. Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of in the trash bin provided.

Spigot. Water hook is provide at each site. We have a well water and recommend using a basic water filter to remove rust.
