Hello Campers,
We are a 125 acre property that has 36 holes of championship disc golf. The North Oconee River runs through our property as well as three ponds throughout. We have plenty of room to pitch your tents. It really depends on how far you would like to be from the bathhouse. We are 6 miles from Lake Lanier and the Chattahooce River, and a short drive to hiking/mountain biking trail heads.
We have a wonderful bathhouse with restrooms, showers and laundry just a very short walk from our sites (maintained by the staff at the park).
We're also pet-friendly and love our furry campers! Just add the pet fee for each pet in the extras section at check out or send us an email letting us know ahead of time and we will get that added. We just ask that you do not leave your pet alone in the tents at any time unless properly crated. You are financially responsible for any damage that is done to our accommodations by your pets.

The Cove consists of 12 acres with a tributary stream and spring fed ponds
less than a half mile from the Toccoa River. It was originally the water source for the surrounding properties prior to the city installing a water system. It is completely private and unspoiled nature, with about a mile of walking trails throughout. The Mountaintop is a 3 acre high elevation site bordering 140 acres of undisturbed woods and is also very close to the Toccoa River.
Fantastic location yet very private for base camp to access the many activities in this area, or enjoy the Toccoa River. It is the only campground in Fannin County limited to only one group at a time.
Each site includes 2 access points to the Toccoa River. The Gibbs Drive community river access lot has a charcoal grill, picnic table, boat launch, swimming rock and fire pit with chairs. The Toccoa River Forest community river access lot has a big boat ramp. The river is controlled flow and usually at low water from dawn to about 2 pm, ideal for fishing or swimming/wading/boulder bopping. The River release schedule is available online at
the website TVA.gov.
The River has swift current when the dam is opened for release, usually daily.
This property is conveniently located in Mineral Bluff, Georgia 30559, just 4 miles off the 4-lane highway (Highway 515/76) and just a short drive to Blue Ridge, Georgia; Blairsville, Georgia; Murphy, North Carolina, McCaysville, Georgia and Copper Hill, Tennessee. It is a paved road drive all the way to the entrance. It is located just a few miles from the center of downtown Blue Ridge with art galleries, many restaurants, brew pubs, shopping, the Blue Ridge Brewing Company, Mercier Orchard, the Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad, and more!
The Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad runs most of the year from Blue Ridge to McCaysville, right along the Toccoa River.

Igles Landing section with community pool & tennis plus sports complex with pickle ball, gym, more tennis and another pool. Valhalla resort and spa around the corner All in the city limits of Helen.
The space
Full 3 bedroom/2 bath vacation house with 3 patios overlooking innsbruck golf course and brook. Stacked stone fireplace granite countertop kitchen, hardwood floors 18 ft. ceilings in main living area and just enough cabin feel to still be open and airy.
Guest access
Complete use of the full house and lower covered patio for barbecuing and outdoor dining.
Other things to note
Innsbruck is a gated community. Before your arrival I will need a list of the drivers of all vehicles coming thru the guard gate with the color and make of the vehicle. Example jerry Jones-silver hummer. Carol smith- white Merceded convertible etc there is parking I. Front of the house for 2-3 vehicles.

We had such a great stay! Gary truly went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell how much thought he has put into the property — we loved all the little details throughout, from the cute mushrooms to the fun signs along the way. They made the whole place feel extra special and charming.
Our kids, ages 4 and 7, absolutely loved the tire swing and had the best time exploring the hiking trail. We also really loved how private the property is. Having the entire camping area to ourselves, without other campers around, made it feel like our own little getaway in the woods.
Such a fun and unique experience for our family. Thank you, Gary, for being such a thoughtful and welcoming host!

Absolutely everything was great with our stay. The water level was low but that’s not his fault and husband was still able to fish. We can’t wait to go back once the water level is up! So peaceful! A perfect anniversary getaway.

Very peaceful. My wife and I took our 3 yr old grandson and he had a blast. It was his first camping trip and it was just us so he was able to explore pretty much as he pleased. The spring and the small creeks were awesome.

2 nights at Your Toccoa River Cove!
This was such an incredible space! We visited during a rainy weekend and ended up setting up our tent inside the covered area. Plenty of room for our tent and still had room to hang out and play cards. The firepit is massive and the rain stopped long enough for us to enjoy cooking over the fire. The outhouse (for what it was) was clean and had an excellent view. We had a family of deer visit along with some turkeys. We will definitely be coming back again.

The view was spectacular. The pictures don’t give it justice. The cabin I was in had a map of the area, Ga and Tn. It was just the right size for my dogs and I and the bed was very comfortable. I believe it was a tin roof and it rained that night. The sound was beautiful to me, not so good to my dog. The people were extra friendly. I felt very secure. I received a flash flood warning and was very concerned but heard the cart driving by ever so often. I had my dogs with me and I believe the camp dog came and took my dog on a walk😂😂. It was the cutest thing. I purchased so many mosquito items and never had to use them. I had to leave earlier than I wanted because my dog was so stressed and he is an elder dog. One last thing I don’t know what the heck I was thinking but driving up the mountain was extra scary for me. I was panicked about having to drive down. Guess what? There is a service for that. I wish I had known before coming. It’s called Stat Ride. I absolutely loved everything about this resort.

George's place is such a unique place. Having the pond, the shelter to keep dry, clean out house, and only a could minute drive to the river for trout fishing. Pure gem. Excited to come back for an even longer stay.

Weekend Trip to Creekside Cabin - Lake Hartwell
Overall, we had a great stay. The host was very communicative and helpful, and the cabin was comfortable with beautiful views and a very cozy bed.
A few things caught us off guard. I had assumed the cabin was directly on Lake Hartwell, but it isn’t, and because the exact location isn’t shared beforehand, our drive ended up being nearly 5 hours instead of the 3–3½ we expected. That also made our kayaking plans difficult since we were too far from the rental companies we had planned to use. The host did try to help us find a solution, which we appreciated.
My biggest suggestion would be improving the outdoor maintenance. Given the cleaning fee, I expected the deck to be free of spider webs and wasp nests. We removed a wasp nest ourselves so we could enjoy coffee on the balcony, and the outdoor cushions had been left out by a previous guest and were wet and dirty.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. I do think the price is a bit high for the overall experience, but with a little more attention to the outdoor areas, it would be an excellent getaway.

We loved tent glamping. The beds were nice. The ac was great. There was the disc golf course right outside the tent! The space was wooded and felt private even though there are other campsites. We will definitely stay again of in the area.

I can’t recommend Mr. Gary’s site enough! My boyfriend and I had such a lovely time, and he was a gracious host.
This was our first time glamping (we normally camp primitive), and it felt like absolute luxury. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of seating, and the access to electricity was a huge plus. The sound of the bubbling brook beside the camp was so nice to fall asleep to.
The location is great because it is peaceful and secluded, but it’s also 10 minutes away from the Main Street of Helen. It’s an ideal location if you want to enjoy the quiet and relax in nature while still having the option to easily participate in civilization.
It rained intermittently during our stay, but it did not affect the fun we had one bit. We stayed cozy and clean, especially with access to a hot shower! We did have to fight the mosquitos a bit due to the humid, rainy weather, which would have been no issue if we hadn’t forgotten to pack bug spray. So just remember to pack your bug spray and you will be all right!
And don’t sleep on the breakfast menu and other fun packages the host offers. Breakfast was incredible and definitely made with love. It really added to the experience and made our anniversary trip even more special.
We can’t wait to come back again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

You can really tell when hosts have put lots of love and attention to detail in a property. The airstream was comfortable and fully stocked with essentials as well as fun touches like books and games. We could hang out on the deck, with its fans and string lights, for hours... it was a quick visit, but it was the perfect place to celebrate our son's 5th birthday morning. I loved the airstream's design elements, the outdoor shower, fire pit, the butterfly bushes, the nearby trail. Thank you so much, David + Nicole.

Weekend Trip to Your Toccoa River Cove!
As long as you know you are primitive camping (with an outhouse but no where to shower) then this is a great spot! On the deck there were various items including a couple chairs and a table. There were other items but I didn’t look through enough to remember what all was there. There was also a camp grill and a picnic table. The neighbors have dogs that barked a couple times but they were no bother to me. I did hear something rummaging outside my tent in the dark morning hours, I think it was a fox.
But if you’re good with primitive nature, stay here! Not a far drive to local hiking trails and morganton rec area. Thank you to the host for thorough directions!

Truly gorgeous area! The drive there is beautiful and a lot of fun. Yurts/cabins are a bit closer than expected but not a problem at all! Staff were kind and the yurt was clean and well kept. 100% would visit again.
