No electric or water here. - When you camp with us you are welcome to explore and play on the entire property! We have 55 acres of trails and woods to explore! . These are unique camping spots along the Guadalupe River. I didn’t exactly understand how unique until I started getting feedback from my campers. The surrounding scenery will lower your blood pressure and do wonders to let you reconnect with nature. Sit back and close your eyes late in the evening and listen to all the wildlife talking to each other. There is faint traffic noise from 90A about a 1/3 of a mile away but it calms down after 7 or so. Currently no amenities but I am in the plans for some portable bathrooms. Please be prepared to cover all your bathroom and cooking needs. I do have some good clean well water from a faucet on the way into the campgrounds. Campfires are permitted. There is a convenience store (Diamond A) with clean bathrooms and a great bbq just 5 miles to the west on 90A and a Walmart and HEB 10 miles to the east on 90A. (Both Diamond A and Walmart sell fishing licenses if you need one. Dogs are allowed at sites 3 and 4 but not at 1 or 2 where my livestock guardian dogs have access to. No matter the size or temperament of your pets you are always expected to have them under your control at ALL times. I have very small livestock in the area frequently I am almost always on the property and try to have my phone with me while campers are on site, just let me know what you need and I will do what I can to accommodate you. We also have a primitive camping area down by the river that requires you to park in a parking area and walk to your preferred camping spot. If you are looking for solitude and untouched nature, this is the place for you. The comforts of Bandera are conveniently only a 5 minute drive away. We are located less than 2 miles from Bandera City Park! At this time, all sites are completely dry. We do have porta-potties available. RV sites are boondocking only (no water or electric at this time.) Guests may stay at Memmie’s Farm for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Our slice of land on the Medina River is truly gorgeous! There are beautiful cypress trees that are magical year round, and there are often small rapids. If relaxing in the shade by the river and dipping your feet in is your thing, our property is perfect for that! However, this is not a swimming hole. The Medina River is generally not considered safe in Bandera, TX, due to consistent low flow. Swim at your own risk.

If you "need to camp" due to financial or other reasons, Camp EZ will likely not be a good fit for you. 6 nights maximum stay. Not suitable for very young children. Please include your child in your count. Campfires in designated area only with permission (burn ban sometimes). Bring firewood. Community vibe 'round here; everyone is expected to be quiet and respectful of one another and clean up after themselves "leave no trace" style. Six night maximum stay. Bring a tent and gear needed to be comfortable. 2 private hot outdoor showers, rustic kitchen and 2 charming flush restrooms included. Wood fired sauna available. Visitors are expected to clean up after themselves especially in the kitchen, showers, restroom and, of course, your campsite. Trash and recycle containers are around or, better yet, pack it out! We are a 2 acre community on a secret and secluded little street 5 miles due South of the capitol of TX and even closer (2.5) to the very hip SoCo area (Continental Club, Jo's Coffee, Guero's Taco Bar, El Mercado and lots more). I have 3 cats, 11 chickens, 2 little donkeys and sweet 4 mini goats here at my little and funky 'farmette' right on Williamson Creek (sometimes flowing and not really swimmable) and next to a huge wooded greenbelt with a quiet and unused nature trail. This is not a KOA or a state park. This is a home hostel/campground. It's kind of rustic and we like it that way. You may see a roach, ant or cricket and you may also see a deer, fox or coyote. We are busy and not always able to visit for long. Lots of remodeling and flood related cleanup chaos here but also lots of pretty and secluded nature. Short walk to bus stop and historic Sagebrush HonkyTonk and Austin Bergstrom Airport is 9 easy highway miles away. Rustic outdoor shower/kitchen/privy. BYOTent. No wild or excessive partying here please and please remember: no smoking. WE NOW HAVE A COVERED PING-PONG PLAYING AREA ! Other details to note: Street parking. Camping is a very short walk from parking lot. We have carts to tote your gear if needed. Sorry, this campground is not set up to be able to park next to your site. We are home to some of the most amazing sunset views from our meditation deck in our community park. For the past 8 years, we've enjoyed hosting guests from around the world in one of our homes, luxury villas, glamping cabins, RVs, and campsites spaces. We host weekly meditation and yoga for our guests and have a 24/7 grab-and-go cafe on site for late night snacks. We also have a Tribe Market with handmade goods, mindful books handpicked by the owner, and gifts to purchase and take with you. Guests enjoy showering under the stars in one of our outdoor showers and compliment us on the well decorated outhouse that we have cleaned daily by our amazing team. There is a community pool that's a short trail walk next door to our sister retreat for dips in the pool during warmer days. Our entire retreat has mindful guidelines posted in each listing and we strive to create and maintain a beautiful community of mindful, peaceful, and kind souls.

We now offer a/c rentals Ecowave 3 and or bougerv. Twisted Oaks is located on 21 acres of tree lined Texas Hill Country nestled in the heart of San Marcos. The campsites are well spaced and several have large Oak tree canopy/shade. We encourage campers to purchase our firewood, we will make sure you have what you need at a fair price. I will also provide you with a small bundle of firewood for free upon arrival. The bundle is enough for one fire. Please be respectful. This is my home (35 years) and I do not need any help redecorating or rearranging. Please treat my property as you would want your home treated by a guest. No tobacco, but if you choose to smoke, do it in your vehicle. I work from my home. My workspace is separated and you will have your privacy. my workspace is separate from campsites and is off limits. Campfires are tied to weather, strong wind low humidity and dry conditions will be considered when allowing permitted fires....cook stoves are ok. Heavily wooded acreage with goats, horses and donkeys. There is no light pollution and if there are no clouds you can see the stars very clearly. We have a ton of wild birds. Owls and Cara Cara are common. There are deer, feral hog and two resident packs of coyote. We also have ring tail cats, which are nocturnal and rare. The best seasons are October 1st thru the end of April. It gets VERY hot and dry in the summer and can just be miserable. We have a shared bathroom and an outdoor shower and tub. If you are a single woman or a family with children, we don't take other bookings while you are visiting the farm. You will have the place to yourselves. The only exception being my family and I, if we are working or staying over at the farm. We should have a second bunkhouse up and running by fall of 2025. If you are tent camping, you may camp anywhere on the property but there are certain spaces that may make curious horses your roomies.

My fiancé and I had a great time staying in the airstream! The airstream was roomy and the bed was super comfortable. Landers has just about everything you could need on a relaxing get away. The outdoor shower was somewhat close to the other site but we felt that we had privacy during our time there. We loved getting to watch the ducks and love on the dogs on the property!

Such a great stay! From the cute ducks, to such a spacious spot for our two tents with 2 friends. The waterfall / dam was so majestic. Cool lighting and different activities to do like, volleyball, tetherball & kayaking. Beware of snakes at night! They weren’t aggressive but definitely something to think about while swimming at night. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Wonderful campsite 5 minutes from downtown Bandera. Stayed at the riverside camspsite by the beautiful Medina River. Camping was well maintained. 1 minute walk down to the river. I took my 3 biys and we had a great time playing in the river and exploring.

The biggest catfish I’ve seen personally. Birthday guy was happy

My husband and I had such a relaxing, peaceful time at our campsite. Will was awesome with communication and the property was beautiful! Was it too hot to be tent camping, yes but we took all the precautions to keep cool. There was plenty in shade for our tent and cooking area. We brought a canopy pop up for when we fished and it was perfect to stay out of the sun. In total we caught 5 gar and one giant blue catfish! We saw the goats and cows but never close to our camp but they’re so adorable. Can’t wait to be back in the fall/winter. Thank you for having us

We had an amazing time. The river is absolutely beautiful, and the waterfalls make the scenery even more breathtaking. It's a peaceful place to relax, swim, and enjoy nature. We spent the day camping, had breakfast by the river, and made memories our family will never forget. The area was clean, the atmosphere was calm, and there was plenty of space to enjoy without feeling crowded. It's a great destination for families with kids, couples, or anyone looking to escape the city for a while. If you enjoy the outdoors, this place is definitely worth the trip. We can't wait to come back and spend another weekend here. Highly recommended!

What a gorgeous camp site! The pictures don't do it justice! With awesome extra amenities like kayaks, power access at night, wagons to haul our gear to the tent site, and even a shower to rinse off after a day in the river, this really was a perfect vacation site. On our last day camping, we had a slight medical issue that ended with one of our party's vehicles needing to be left for several hours after our scheduled checkout and Laura was incredible to work with. I would definitely recommend this site for anyone visiting the San Marcos/New Braunfels area
