Lizardsniffer is a working horse farm with a variety of rental cabins and RV slips.
We DO allow tent camping.
Each RV slip has water, septic, 50 amp service and Wifi.
An Amenities Cabin is provided for use by all RV site guests. The cabin includes a full-sized washer/dryer, a full bathroom with bidet, and an oversized jacuzzi tub. Guests must sign-up for a 4-hour timeslot. The cabin is available for use between the hours of 8am-8pm.
Many of our RV sites feature private fenced paddocks for people bringing their horses or dogs. Horse visitors require all current paperwork (Coggins, etc.). Dog visitors must be social and friendly and thus are allowed to explore the farm with their owners off-leash if desired.
The property includes miles of trails for hiking, biking, or horseback riding. Bring your own horse or experienced riders may be able to ride one of ours (subject to weight/experience matching with a horse).
There is a small private stocked lake open to all guests of Lizardsniffer for fishing and swimming. At the lake you will find an amenities cabin called Glowy Bobber that has a full bathroom and outdoor shower as well as Kayaks and floats for guest use.

The space suits one caravan or RV, with room for a small tent or swag. Maximum of five guests total.
Rates are for one couple; extra adults $15 pp / night, children $10 pp / night. Small pets may be accepted on request — we have free-ranging chickens and two mini dachshunds.
Guests must be fully self-contained and take all waste when leaving. Water, power, internet, a brazier, and firewood are included.
We’re 3 minutes from Godwin Beach, 7 minutes from Sandstone Point Hotel and the Oyster Shed, and 10 minutes to Bribie Island’s beaches, waterways, and 4WD tracks (permit required). Shops, fuel, and a dump point are within 5 km.

We purchased this property approximately 20 years ago just to have a nice quiet place to go on weekends to relax. We were in Construction Business and just needed to escape phones and doorbells. Welcome to Two Owls Haven, a peaceful private setting with just two RV spaces, nestled on a 30 acre horse farm in Aiken's premier equestrian locale. Each RV hookup has 30 amp and 50 amp electrical service, well and septic. The RV area is a lovely, level site, under a canopy of mature trees with beautiful views of fenced pastures and neighboring horse farms all around and stunning sunsets. Stayed at the par 4, it was great! The site is private, the amenities cabin was a great little bonus, the land is beautiful, the lake was fun and the nights were so peaceful. Randy and Lisa were extremely hospitable and responsive. Cannot recommend enough. We even checked out the cabins on site which were AMAZING!

Everything was great.
We were welcomed at the entrance and even driven around property. Everything was clean and nicely maintained. Even so the water temps in pond were down I was still able to catch 6 bass and a large Bream.
Campfire was nice and plenary of wildlife. Super secluded and safe.
We will be back for sure.

We had a great time at this campsite. The property was beautiful. The bath house was accommodating. The outdoor shower was pleasent (and private). Randy was welcoming. It was awesome being able to explore all the beautiful trails with the golf cart he let us use. Wish we could have spent more time here but we were just passing through on our way to Edisto Isalnd.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Lizard Sniffer! The host Randy was very friendly and offered us a golf cart to ride around the property and see the other sites they are working on. They have a Hobbit House that is the most miraculous thing out of this world! I truly felt like we were walking into an amusement park with all the detail they have put into this place.
All the cabins are different themes and unique in their own way. It was not crowded at all and so relaxing to spend time watching the horses and their super friendly Donkey. We brought our dog Buddy with us to stay and they have horse paddocks set up next to the sites for use for your dogs to roam free or for your horses to get a little exercise when traveling.
Randy has made sure that all his guests have everything they could possibly need to enjoy their stay to include free firewood, washer, dryers bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs and a bidet.
You can definitely see how much thought, imagination and love has been poured into every detail of this place. This is no ordinary campground by any means! “Lizard Sniffer” I highly suggest that you book a few nights to see this magical place and meet these awesome people that have shared their vision for others to enjoy.!
I wish we had had more time to spend there but definitely plan to go back again soon!

Beautiful property. Easy to get to with many amenities. Tom graciously met us and guided us to our spot and we had a lovely chat. In addition to full hookups, there was an additional outside bathroom and shower, which is probably great in the hot summer. A great screened in gathering room with TV, kitchen area, table and chairs, and grill. Beautiful pond too. The night sky cannot be beat while sitting around the fire. So much room to spread out and enjoy the surroundings. We loved it and will enjoy coming back.
