Heart and Soil Ranch is located on the fully fenced, back acre of our family's 1.5 acre homestead in the Southwest Phoenix area. Situated outside of city limits it's a nice and quiet getaway from the busy city. Guests have a nice, family and pet friendly full size RV space with full hookups available, to include a deck with a picknick bench and plenty of grass. There's also an oversized firepit with enough space for family and friends to enjoy a night of smores and songs around the campfire. Relax, and play on this small 1-acre ranch property! We are on a septic system so please make sure your waste tanks are empty prior to arrival and only flush septic safe toilet paper during your stay.

Not a lot of traffic noise 30'+ trees lining the property, kids play set, we do live on the property. If you want to be a little more secluded we have another 1/2 acre that butts up to our property we do not live on. Both properties are gated.

There is close access to numerous trails for mountain biking and hiking in the beautiful Sonoran Desert! This spot is partial hookup with water and both 30 amp and 50 amp power. We have one RV space (campsite only-No RV) with full hook ups next to a shared beautiful pool and gazebo. Your RV space has a pedestal with three optional plugs: 50/30/20 amp plugs. All have breaker switches.
This RV pad is decomposed gravel and has it's own brick patio. Your RV space is separated via brick wall, vinyl, and pool fencing. The entire property is a quarter acre in a quiet Mesa AZ neighborhood, just North of Gilbert, highway 60, and close to shopping and restaurants.
The RV pad is accessed via a 25 foot wide drive up to a 14 foot wide RV gate. Your vehicle will sit on level decomposed granite. Your RV pad is 80 feet long and 20 feet wide. In addition, you have approx. 20'x20' brick patio for chairs, table, and outdoor living space. You can lock up your space via the RV gate, then come and go via the locked walk through gate. The area is great for your pups too! Additional parking is available in front of the RV gate if needed, or you can park on the street too.

We have a beautiful 2 acre fully gravelled area to easily park your rig, up to 45 ft RV recommended. Access to home in residential property is a dirt road, but easily accessible. Property is quiet, safe and peaceful. It’s like being in the country but you still have fantastic cell service!
We have room to store up to 4 horses with our mare motels as well as an 100x300 arena right on the property. Fully fenced. Outhouse on sight if you are spending the day working with your horses and don’t want to dirty your RV.
Furry friends are welcome as long as you don’t leave them unattended as we have coyotes roaming as well.
Close to all amenities, 15 min to Cave Creek, 30 min to Scottsdale, 40 min to Phoenix.

Site # 1: Glamping Tent is Closed for 2025 season. We are offering tent campers at this site on a limited availability.
Site #2: Saguaro Camp site. Bring your tent or rent one of ours.
Site # 3: RV Glamping. Queen size bed with a dinette that can be used as an extra bed for the little ones.
Site # 4 RV, Pop Ups or Living Quarters with horses/mules

We offer Communal Spaces with restroom, grill, table, other seating with larger fire-pit. Feel free to visit our horses, chickens or hike our beautiful trails right from the property.

The hosts/owners were kind, thoughtful, professional, helpful, and nonobtrusive. This was the perfect stay and we hope to be back again. The location was walking distance to a very trendy downtown, which was incredibly convenient. You have to be okay with train noise.

Wonderful camp spot and super host. The RV sites are simple, side by side but with full hookups at the rear of each site (be sure you have enough hose etc to connect). The area is very quiet. The views are amazing. Totally wonderful experience. Thank you Mel!

This was a great spot to hang out for a bit. Jared was very accommodating and even trimmed branches off a tree so they wouldn’t rub against my roof. He was okay with me leaving the rig there for a week over the holidays which gave me great peace of mind. There was a good bit of traffic noise which was expected given the urban location. The availability of water and a 50/30/20 electric hookup was a huge bonus! If you are in a fifth wheel you may need an extension cord to reach it depending on where your plug attaches to your rig. I would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sherry’s! They had the gate open and greeted us as soon as we arrived. The place was perfect for our needs! We were visiting friends for a couple of days and this place was only 7 minutes away. The lot is level it might take a minute to get backed in if you are inexperienced. I was able to back my 38ft diesel pusher in on the first try! The owners are right next door if you have any questions or they will leave you alone if you wish. Full hookups are a plus. 50/30 amp service. Walking distance from downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our 3rd stay at this property and we look forward to the stay every time.
We always have a relaxing time while we are on property and enjoy the views and all of the scenery near by. Traffic in the area is extremely light with groceries and shopping close

Awesome oasis in the city! Loved staying here and having a view of the neighbor's horses. Jared was a great host and super helpful—you won't go wrong here! I drove a 16' vintage travel trailer in, and there's plenty of room to turn around if you don't have great backing-up skills. Tons of amenities within minutes from the place.

Palo Verde Retreat was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. The site was thoughtfully set up with a table and seating area, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away. The host even had lights strung up around the space, which I’m sure looked lovely at night… although I have to admit, I fell asleep before dark and didn’t get to enjoy them!
Overall, it was a wonderful place to unwind and disconnect. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm, restful stay.

What a great spot! We felt secluded for having a full setup; quiet, awesome stargazing, and easy to back-in. The kids loved running around and exploring on the new state land and surrounding saguaro forest. Shawn and Roxy were so kind and helpful to make us feel welcome.
