Overview

About

Welcome to one of the largest state-operated campgrounds in the United States. Find yourself next to the lake with waterfront campsites. Choose a glamping option with one of seven comfortable cabins. Camping isn't the only draw at this popular vacation spot.

Catch bluegill, crappie, and striped bass all over this huge lake. Consider the fishing here world-class, because Lake Martin hosts several fishing tournaments every year. Fish from your boat in a cozy, quiet cove, or cast your line from shore. Dinner is served either way due to the abundant fish.

See the forest in a unique way with zip line canopy tours. Choose from six skywalks and 11 zip lines. Slow down a bit on the skywalks, or get a jolt of adrenaline on the zip lines. This area of the park opens every spring.

Camp in style at any of the 600 campsites, 586 of which have water and electrical hook-ups. Reserve early to get one of the 157 picturesque waterfront sites.
