Camp in Camp Hill!
Our camping trip was awesome! Very private and remote. Plenty of places to set up camp. Of course we came prepared (as you should) with a headlamp, tools for brush removal, such as gloves, loppers and saw, and/or sawz-all, and a good rake to clean up a site and process firewood. The cows are funny, they may come say hey as you pass through the gates. Bull with tag #175 approached us but kept his distance, and was sassy and funny 😂. And lastly, of course, beware of nature. I was processing a limb late at night and found a Black Widow spider on it next to my hand. The coyotes could be heard in the night as close as 200 to 300 meters away, if I had to guess roughly. Not that coyotes are typically brave enough to approach people with a fire going, but bring some protection (as you should for remote camping anyway).

I am glad it was dry otherwise could have been difficult in my 2 WD truck getting across pasture.

Great views, responsive host, walking trails, and amazing fishing. This place has it all!
My wife and I were returning from a long trip to west Texas and stopped for a good rest at Emily's land- absolutely beautiful, peaceful spot with lots of solitude. Basically simply a large field with trees and a pond- perfect for us. Emily was delightful providing prompt and easy directions. Would love to come back again and spend some more time rather than just pass through!

Had a great time on Emily’s land.
Very peaceful and a great weekend getaway for my husband and I! Loved the creek running by our campsite, relaxing by the pond & wandering through the trails!

Beautiful property very secluded stars for miles will be back have a child in school. Hope we were not a burden thank you Emily for hospitality
We had a lovely stay on Emily's farm! Waking up to the cows mooing was a sweet surprise, as well as kayaking on the pond! We will be back.

Tent camping was great! We felt isolated yet safe. Kayaks were provided and it was fun hearing cows every morning
If you want a quiet place to stay? This is it. Just nature like is intended. Wonderful stay again.
Emily's property is beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect place for my friends and I to rest our heads after a hot day of pedaling in the sun. The pond provided a nice place to take a dip and cool down. Finding the place was no problem and Emily was gracious enough to bring us some water as the evening drew closer to dusk. I would highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back again.

This is a beautiful property with lots of nice trails and great views. Emily was very helpful in sending messages about what to do when we got there, and it was super easy to find.
We loved tent camping on Emily's land. It was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful pond, field and forest. There were several trails and an abundance of wildflowers along the way. 10/10 would stay here again!

Superb! Really cool property with a lot of cool stuff happening & a lot to see.
I loved the camping here at Camp Hill, beautiful views with lots of land. I really liked how open it was with so many trails to choose from when walking as well. Directions were super clear and will definitely being coming back in the future.

Really loved this spot! Safe and quiet with plenty to explore. Had a great time with my pup hiking through the property and fishing in the pond. Lots of privacy and zero light pollution. Great location!
Emily was quick to respond with any details and would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Emily’s site. It was so cozy, secluded and beautiful!! Everything you could want for camping. We loved the pond and being able to walk around with our pups off leash to wear them out. If we are ever back in the area, would definitely stay here again. Emily was very accommodating and responsive. Thanks again!! :)

Super sweet spot, lots of wild life. Real quiet and nice.
Very easy to work with. Helped us out at the very last minute when our host from another booking double booked our campsite with a wedding and live band that took up the entire camp.
This is such a lovely place and comfortable. We highly recommend staying and will come back.
I'm in a quandary I love this site, but don't want give a good review because it will get booked up. J/K. Wonderful place.

Lovely spot that is convenient to several locations. The trail system and pond that is on property are nice, and the fire pit and chairs were a pleasant surprise. Communication was quick and pleasant, and I look forward to taking advantage of their hospitality again in the future.
Emily was quick to respond and clearly communicated all the important info well before our trip. We found her place exactly as described. We took our 2 dogs who throughly enjoyed the creek and walking trails. We caught several fish in the couple acre pond. Nice spot for birding as the property contains many different habitats. We will definitely go back!
Amazing! Out in the middle of nowhere, spacious campsite with no sounds but the babbling creek next to you. Beautiful views and peace and quiet. Emily responded really quickly. It was wonderful!!
