Lovely property close to the city and beach. While normally, our go to is somewhere more remote, this campsite offered the River and amazing long horns that allow you to almost forget you’re so close to people. Would highly recommend this campsite! My significant other and I will be back. Also want to thank thank Carmen for providing information to us about Hipcamp that we were unaware of. Thanks again for opening up your property to us to escape the city for a sweet birthday celebration!
Beautiful location and very convenient. Fire pits chairs and bathroom right across from a bunch of longhorn that are surprisingly quiet. Be sure to follow the directions though, that they provide you because GPS leads you some private property
Camping on the trask river!
The Hosts were friendly and responsive, and the property was beautiful. We camped at the tent site, which was very secluded and flat, and about 40 yards from the fenced area where their longhorn cattle graze. It was so fun waking up to these gorgeous animals so close to camp.
Our group spent a good deal of time fly fishing in the Trask River (literally 20 feet from cam!), crabbing in Netarts, and hanging out around camp. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone wanting a coastal getaway.
The camping site was perfect! We brought a 17 foot trailer, plenty of room to pull through. Though we didn’t need it, they had a super clean toilet and hot water shower. There were two picnic tables, and four benches around the fire pit. The cows are fun to watch and quite, very tranquil and peaceful setting!! This was everything we needed to relax. We got a ton of wood for $20, which came with accelerant. Alex brought it straight to the fire pit and was super helpful and friendly. We will be coming back and recommending!! Thank you!!
Beautiful private site on a farm by a lovely creek. Definitely recommend the firewood as it just completed the scene. Love the light touch civilization of the pit toilet and hot shower. Thanks so much!
