Our property is 15 minutes South, from I75, 10 minutes from any restaurant or publix. We are a 2 mile drive down a dirt road, through the state forest. We offer 2-3 acres of a choose your own spot camping area. Located within the Picayune Strand State Forest, full of peace and quiet, and plenty of birds. We have a facility building that runs off a generator for running water. With that, we have a washroom, that consists of a large shower, and 2 bathroom stalls. we have then propane heated hot water for a nice hot shower. The sites are very " free range". Nothing that is too designated, so you have a free choice of where to pitch your tent, or park your camper van, or your RV. Come and stay within the Evergaldes in Naples, of SWFL. A special private place like no other. You may have the place all to yourself, or share with others. It is not all all populated like other campgrounds. we have no time limit either. please contact me for any and all questions you may have!Choose to Pitch your tent or park your RV around our private pond, or choose to sleep within the flats of the fruit orchards. We do ask campers not to camp right next to our lodging” facility building: the Tree House- All within walking distance to the restrooms, and showers. We offer free water for filling RV tanks, and have a free dump station on the property, if interested, please be sure to ask about it. We are located minutes aways from the trailhead of The Picayune Birding trail. We offer a secluded piece of paradise located in the middle of the Picayune Strand State Forest in Naples, Fl. We are at the most 25 minutes from the gulf beaches, and other surrounding nature preserves. Bring your mountain bike to ride on the back roads of the "squares", and your binoculars to get a glimpse of the ALL the wonderful wildlife that surrounds us! *Bring your own drinking water *Bring your own personal hygiene products *Bring your own Bug spray *Bring your own firewood - Publix/ Fresh market has firewood, on occasion we have a supply of wood. We are located in the Everglades. We are in the woods, and we do have a pond on the property, that may attract an occasional alligator. We are in the Everglades. Come prepared for mosquitoes, and any other of natures creatures. That’s what camping is all about! I will not refund you if you are not prepared for such environment. This campsite offers a serene setting with abundant wildlife, making it ideal for nature lovers. Many visitors praised the friendly and helpful hosts, who provided fresh produce and local tips. The unique off-grid experience was complemented by amenities like hot showers and flushing toilets, although some mentioned limited electricity and a bumpy dirt road to access the site. Despite the rustic charm, a few reviews noted the presence of mosquitoes and a noisy rooster, but overall the peaceful atmosphere and stargazing opportunities were well-received.
