Arrived at the 3J farm gate and drove 3/4 mile down the beautiful gravel farm road. Got to our Peacock Grain Bin stay and was surprised at the wonderful rustic appeal. Accommodations were quaint and comfy. I enjoyed the experience of the outdoor rain shower. Nice warm shower. Luckily we experience an unusually warm day for the 24h of November, so no problem with outdoor shower and toilet. In the milk barn behind there was an inside toilet and shower for the less adventurous. The milk barn also had a nice common area for cooking and big dinner table for meals. Really enjoyed our overnight stay there.

We had a great time on 3j. They were very accommodating and worked to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely com again if we came back to the area.

Cute place and the stay was a unique experience. My daughter and I enjoyed the silo and our short time there. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. The bed was very comfy.

Traveled through a wild thunderstorm on the way to the Peacock Room and what a relief it was to arrive to cozy, clean and wonderful accommodations! The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved all the details that made our quick stay nice and relaxing. The farm itself was beautiful and it was great to wake up to the sounds of the rooster and peacock. I wish we had more time on the farm. Look forward to our next stay!

I loved having my coffee outside with the Peacock. He was so friendly and came right up on the porch with me. Coffee maker in the room was awesome. Washer and dryer free. I loved everything about it!! We are from Upstate NY, if this place was closer I would be there every weekend.

The Chicken Coop was as cosy as could be; everything set up for my comfort. I loved all the little touches of personality on Jennifer's place: clearly they are folks with imagination. Whimsical and creative touches everywhere. Evidently they also enjoy having people stay on the farm. The weather didn't cooperate on my short visit, but I would definitely stay again and would love to see more of the farm.

Loved staying in this unique place! It was private, beautiful, and I enjoyed the menagerie of creatures that would stop by my porch for a visit. It was delightful. I didn't meet Jennifer in person but everything was well marked and instructions were clear. Recommend watching the sunset over the lake and the telephone booth in the wind. Highly recommend!

The grain bin was decorated beautifully, so quaint and peaceful. Bed was extremely comfy.
Our favorite part was Dwayne the peacock peeking in the French doors❤️

What I loved about the land surrounding this retrofitted grain bin room was how peaceful it was. The crisp country air smelled so fresh and clean. The tour that landed us smack dab in the middle of cow pasture surrounded by cows and a the cutest donkey was mind blowing . The beautiful peacock, the rambunctious rooster, the flowers, butterflies, birds and the most of all the kindness of the hosts. What a beautiful family with larger than life smiles. I loved the antique decor and the delicious array of coffees in the room. There’s not enough space here to explain everything we loved about our unforgettable experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow! What an amazing experience!
We picked the Peacock Room for the unique experience of staying in a grain bin (it was so cool and comfy!) but the highlight of our time there was the people.
If you’d like your space they will absolutely respect that, but we love getting to know the hosts so we were thrilled to spend time with them and learn about the land, the cows, the plants, the history. We felt like family and were all sad to leave.
We found lots of relaxing things to do on the property - walks to see the cows, a bonfire at night, reading on the porch, watching the sunset from on top of the hill, learning about plants in the greenhouse.
We definitely recommend this special place :)

I appreciated my visit to Jennifer's family farm. Sleep in one of the grain silo's where she and her siblings played. Walk the land and spend time with the art, garden, and animals. Make sure to say hello to everyone as you come through the shared kitchen area. Your visit will support their projects and provide rest.

The Peacock Room was adorable, clean and fluffy. Bed was exceptionally comfortable.
Fully stocked with coffees and fun snacks, the temperature was perfect. Easy and secure parking behind gated fence.
Bathroom is in separate building as noted in description.
I was delighted to wake up to a peacock on my porch! I think we surprised each other.

The quiet evening away was just what I needed. The lovely unique setting of the grain bin surrounded by the blend of antique furniture and modern amenities was extremely comfortable and interesting. Sitting on the porch listening to the wind chimes and rooster crows as the sun slowly rises felt as though the rest of the world with all it’s stress and hustle couldn’t touch me. Great hosts and fantastic place to relax and let the world fall away.
