We have three camp sites on a 200-acre parcel of secluded, rural farm land. We are a working pasture based farm where you can see how grass fed beef, pork, chicken, and eggs are produced. There's nothing quite like fresh eggs and bacon after waking up to the sunrise over a fog-filled valley! When you arrive we will provide a complimentary carton of pastured raised eggs and you are welcome to visit our web site (redhouseranch . net) or store to order meats for your stay and/or to take with you upon your departure. We have a wide variety of grass fed beef, pasture raised pork, snack sticks for long hikes, and dog bones and smoked treats for your furry friends. Many of our items are well suited for campfire cooking. Keep in mind that all our products are frozen so be sure to plan for time to thaw. If you're not sure what that involves - we're here to help. We are a working farm but, much of our property is not grazed or farmed. You are welcome to explore the entire area while also getting a glimpse of sustainable, pasture-based, farming methods. Please do not enter the animal enclosures or touch any of the electrified fence lines. If you really want to pet a piggie or hold a chicken - just reach out to Ike or Dave and we will gladly arrange this for you. Red House Ranch is also the perfect spot for wildlife enthusiasts and bird watchers. During your stay you may encounter eagles, blue herons, coyotes, turtles, wild turkeys, foxes, the endangered bobolink bird (its unique call sounds a bit like R2D2), deer, great horned owls, and many unique plants. It's not uncommon to hear the coyotes howling at night. In addition to hiking trails with incredible views, there are four ponds on the property easily accessible with mown paths. One is very large with a dock and suitable for swimming, paddling, fishing, or just relaxing but the water. This is one of three camp sites on a 200-acre parcel of secluded, rural farm land. No need to worry about less than perfect weather with this tiny house. Dave built this tiny house for the most comfortable camping experience. No need to worry about bad weather. It is equiped with: Mini fridge Air conditioning Ceiling fan Hot and cold running water in the kitchenette Microwave Sleeping deck with clean linen and pillows Electricity Hot outdoor shower Outside fire pit Easy drive up access If you want to you can also set up tents here if you have more quests than can fit in the tiny house. There is only room for two to sleep inside...it is a tiny house. This is new site which is why here aren't many pictures or reviews. This site is designed for large self driven RVs or pull behind trailers. Easy pull through parking. It is also perfect for tent campers. Lots of flat space overlooking the huge pond. If our other camp site is booked you will be very happy with this one. This is one of three camp sites on our 200 acre parcel of secluded rural farm land. The sites are a 1/2 mile apart and you can't see either site from the other. What's it like parking here? There is no one else parked next to you. No one else's blaring music or camp fire smoke, or noisy kids to listen to. You will hear only birds, insects, coyotes at night, maybe geese, ducks, turkeys calling, foxes barking, bats chirping, frog croaking, wild cats, yes they are here also. You will only hear your music and natures music. It is a unique RV location just for YOU alone and secluded. Full DISCLOSURE, this is a former natural gas well site. It is flat and has an easy access road. However there is some pipeline piping sticking up from the ground that is behind where you would park. We think the benefits of solitary parking out weight the pipe line hardware. If you are curious you can walk right up to it and take a-look. It is no longer in use but we still find it an interesting artifact of our societies endless need for energy. Scenic Camp site #2 RV and tent

In one word: amazing! The view is spectacular, you feel like you are the only one in the world, and have all the space you could possibly need. Ike response super fast and is very very friendly! We got some nice fresh eggs from the farm as well as wood and felt super spoiled. He also sent us very clear instructions and we arrive before he could meet us. We were bummer that we were only there for one night and would definitely come back. I would recommend it to all.

Hill Top Tiny House Experience

We visited in April when it was still a bit chilly for camping so we rented the tiny house. A really pretty hilltop spot with sweeping views of the surrounding hills. We had rainy weather but it created undercast (the clouds below us) in the early morning.
