This is a perfect
area for fishing, kayaking, bicycling, kite flying, hiking, wine trailing or relaxing. Enjoy the well-maintained fire pit in the Adirondack chairs. Sunrise and sunset are spectacular here and stargazers will be delighted with the expansive views. Amish carriages and work horses are common sites.

We are a small family farm that has a hidden lake and 100 year old orchard at which camping provides privacy and freedom while still being a short walk or drive to amenities. Someone will always be at the main house about 3/4 of a mile away for any of your needs. Most of the time cars or r.v.s can manage the gravel and dirt road back to the campsite, assistance or a truck will be provided if a large rain storm might occur during your stay. We are just a mile north of Seneca lake providing easy access to Geneva and the many wine trails.

2 RV sites tucked away on a paved county road 3 miles off of Route 414 in Lodi, NY. These sites are close to the NY State Wine Trail with the closest winery a 10 min drive away. Lodi Point State Park is also 5 miles away with public access to Seneca lake. Lodi Point features a boat launch, nice playgrounds and swimming areas. As we are located in beautiful Fingerlakes, you can also find many other state parks including Sampson, Watkins Glen, Hector and Taughannock, all within a short drive. Taughannock Falls is a must see with its 215 foot plunge waterfalls.
Each of our RV sites has a 16ft x 45ft stone pad and full electric hook ups with a 110v 20 amp, 30 amp, and 50 amp service. A picnic table and campfire ring are on each site, but there are no water or sewage hook ups available. There is no bathroom on site, you must bring your own. About the Property: Our unique property boasts peaceful camping on a beautifully manicured MotoTrials Riding and Obstacle Play Course. All 4 camping sites are nestled into the Obstacle course. Trials Riders and non-Trials Riders alike will find much to enjoy here. Campers unfamiliar with Trial are welcome to take advantage of a Lesson on one of our Rental Bikes, while the Obstacle Course is also super-fun on foot (for walks or runs), mountain bike, trials bicycle, or for playing with your RC toy! We have night lighting on areas of the course- to turn on at your request, even if just to sit in the evening and enjoy the lights reflecting off the pond-We surely do! Your camping can be private and leisurely and you can watch the world go by. The views and big sky are gorgeous in our corner of farm country. Our small pond (tho not suitable for fishing or swimming-sorry!) provides entertainment w/ turtle sunbathing raft and lots and lots of nature's visitors. Pets always welcome off-leash with your guidance. About the Trials Riding: Sundays may be an Event day. We host 5 Mototrial Events each season (see below) and if spectating appeals, you can plan your trip to coincide. You're in for a treat if you've never seen these nimble motorcycles do their 'thing'... up, over, and around the obstacles. Events are busy and exciting, but no worries (!) trials bikes are not loud. Riders are friendly and considerate. If spectating not your thing- no worries. Non-event days are quite laidback. If Trials riders come here for additional practice (or instruction) it's not loud or invasive, nor interferes with any camper training or play on the course. When riders are here (barring Events ), it's typically only 2-4 at once. Multiple activities co-exist nicely, as there is plenty of room for all. There are many days no one is on the course at all (!) and you may have it all to yourself or possibly with another camper. Hope to see you in our slice of heaven! Bailee was an exceptional host. She messaged us to make sure everything was going smoothly during our stay and see if we needed anything. Loved the versatility of this property to be utilized for groups but it was just us and our dogs this trip. Great remote location without being to far away from lake activity and small town exploring. Nicely landscaped firepit with plenty of room for games/activities. One thing to note is the creek is not directly accessible from the campsites due to a steep drop off. There were paths throughout the woods that led to other entry points, however they were not visible from the main area. I would have liked if they had cut the grass prior to our stay, but that's the only (negative) thing I could say regarding this property. They are doing an outstanding job.

We drove 300 miles to Dawn's Yost Ridge for a 4 night stay. Part way into the 3rd day we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for another day! We chose Yost Ridge due to the proximity of 2 of the larger Finger Lakes. Beautiful camp site! The site isn't far off the road but the amount of traffic consists of horse and buggies and a few water tankers for the farms. Hours pass before you hear a car. There are neighbors on each side but both are quiet. The one has a dog who will come out to say hello and then goes back inside. The goats and rooster added a nice country touch. The firepit sits away from the camper spot which makes it nice. Well water is clean and electrical hook up is up to par. Already looking forward to a visit next year! Thanks Dawn!

Nathan's two sites are meticulously maintained, level, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful rural farmland. It truly is my happy place! We have a week-long family reunion at Seneca Lake each year, and while the rest of the family stays in cabins about a mile away, I much prefer staying at Nathan's Hipcamp.
It's quiet, relaxing, and the perfect place for me to retreat to at the end of a busy family day. I also really enjoy seeing his Amish neighbors and catching glimpses of their busy farm life. Nathan's parents live nearby as well and are always so welcoming and friendly.
I look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our second week-long stay at Little Spring Haven. The 2 sites are peaceful, well laid out, flat and Nathan is a very friendly and responsive host. He keeps the sites mowed and tidy.
The rural setting in the Finger Lakes on the east side of Seneca Lake is ideal for day tripping. The campsite is near (2 miles) Lodi State Park which provides water access, a pavilion, playground and marina. Additionally, Sampson State Park is 20 minutes north with a dump station and potable water.
We spent one day in Ithaca (30 minutes) taking in the Farmers Market and going to four waterfalls. Watkins Glen is nearby (20 minutes) with the fantastic gorge and waterfalls.
We will definitely return!

We loved staying on Nathan's beautifully maintained land! He stopped over Friday to check in and see if we needed anything, shared info about local State Parks and things to do in the area. Just 2 miles from Lodi Point on Seneca Lake. We volunteered at the Hector Family A-Fair and were thankful for electric hookup and air conditioning in the camper when we returned. Had a wonderful time with old friends enjoying local wines from some of our favorite places!!

We just wrapped up an incredible family trip, and this campsite was the perfect home base for exploring the area! The location is fantastic, you get the peace of a great getaway while still being just a short drive from all the amenities, shops, and dining in Waterloo, NY.
What We Loved & Local Highlights
Sampson State Park: We spent time enjoying Sampson Beach and visiting the museum on-site. It’s a wonderful spot to relax by the water and soak in some local history.
Wayne County History Museum: A absolute must-visit if you’re in the area! The history museum in Wayne County is fantastic, and seeing the original artwork etched/ drawninto the walls of the old jail cells was easily one of the coolest highlights of our trip.
The Campsite Views: Waking up and unwinding to the incredible scenery right from our site made the trip truly memorable.
Good to Know
Neighbor Proximity: The site is close to neighbors. However, there is still just enough privacy and space to relax, unwind, and fully enjoy your time together. And no one was EVER a bother!

We spent 4th of July weekend at Happy Hours in Branchport, NY. Was a beautiful setting with full hook-up, solid picnic tables, fire pit, Sugar Creek ran behind the camping area ~ perfect for cooling off! We popped our camp chairs right in the creek to just hang out. Had a family outdoor nature Scavenger Hunt and found all of our treasures except for a pinecone 🧐 ~ 5 year old nephew rocked it!!
The evenings were amazing ~ millions of fireflies were out lighting the skies ~ more tranquil, peaceful and celebratory than the fireworks. Visited local Amish farm store October Farm for fresh produce and baked goods, Abandon brewery and Keuka Springs winery. On the 4th we went to the Branchport Independence Day Parade. The camp was exactly 5 miles from my families place on QKA ~ was a memory making, fun-filled holiday adventure! Host checked in routinely remotely to ensure everything was going well and we had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your special place! We'll be back!!

Beautiful campsite!! The two camp spots are private and so peaceful. What a gem!! Nathan’s property was perfect! He even stopped by and gave us some area recommendations for food, trails and wineries. We will definitely stay again!

Very cute and sweet campground that did an amazing job of accommodating us and letting us move closer to family that was staying there as well. Very little cell coverage led to nice and quiet days. Loved our few days here.

It has been many years since I have been in Seneca Falls. We visited the Visitor Center and enjoyed the exhibits as well as attended a Ranger Program at the Wesleyan Chapel. Some exhibits were covered with a shroud or pieces of cardboard and we did not know if it was due to the current administration policies of anti DEI or they needed repair. But I would like to thank the Park Service for protecting and preserving, as well as telling the stories of the movement for the women's right to vote, which some men currently think it should be taken away.
