Peaceful Country Camping Near Lake Emily 🌾🏕️ Looking for a quiet place to unplug? Welcome to our peaceful country property, where you can relax, enjoy nature, and experience the slower pace of rural Wisconsin. Our 1.32-acre property offers plenty of room for both tent campers and self-contained RVs. The campsite is tucked away next to open farm fields, creating a private, peaceful setting that’s perfect for watching sunsets, listening to birds, and stargazing after dark. We’re just minutes from beautiful Lake Emily, where you can enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, or simply spending the day on the water. You’ll notice a few unique features on the property, including a vintage cabin that’s awaiting restoration, a storage shed, and our honeybee apiary. Our “spicy sky raisins” are busy pollinating the countryside and are fascinating to watch from a safe distance. This is a primitive, self-contained camping experience. There are no hookups, electricity, water, restrooms, showers, Wi-Fi, or dump station, so please come prepared to be completely self-sufficient and pack out everything you pack in. If you’re looking for luxury camping, this probably isn’t your spot. But if you love peaceful country views, fresh air, star-filled skies, and a quiet place to call home while exploring the area, we’d love to host Explore the Area Spend your days enjoying everything beautiful Lake Emily has to offer. Whether you’re kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water, it’s the perfect place to soak up the outdoors. Anglers will appreciate the lake’s excellent fishing opportunities, while nature lovers can explore the surrounding scenic beauty. When you’re ready to grab a bite or a cold drink, head to Central Waters Brewing Company in nearby Amherst for award-winning craft beer and great food, or stop by Bootleggers in Junction City for a classic Wisconsin bar-and-grill experience with friendly local charm.
