Welcome to this cozy tiny house in a great little community in the Dells. The house is nestled in a lovely community with stocked fishing lake, bubbling brook, miles of walking trails, pools, golf and an on-site restaurant. You never even need to leave for a peaceful Northwoods getaway- but you are also so close to all the wonderful activities in The Dells. Mirror Lake State Park is across the street, Ricky Arbor is nearby, and the house is 15 minutes from Baraboo/Devils Lake. The home itself consists of ~700 square feee of tiny house glory- which includes 1 queen size bedroom, 2 twin size bedrooms, and 2 small sleeping lofts which accommodate an additional 4 twin beds. Perfect for families or friends! There is 1 full and 1 half bath. A full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The huge outdoor deck features 2 different seating areas with grill, dining table and outdoor sofa, plus second area with small seating area and bistro table. Come home from your day exploring the river or the woods and rest around a relaxing fire at the fire ring or enjoy chilling in the hammock as you stare at the stars. There is a kayak and paddleboard plus fishing gear available for your use on the small lake. If desired, a golf cart is available for use during your stay for a small additional fee (it can be used to go around the property to the pools or lake, inquire after booking). Pool access requires a $10 pass that can also be added.
