A 2021 Dutchmen Aspen Trail camper located on a historic family farm in St. Marys, West Virginia, that is gradually being transformed into a wellness farm. The camper can sleep up to 10 guests, although six guests will be more comfortable. Set in a peaceful rural area, the property is just minutes from the Ohio River and located along Middle Island Creek. Guests are welcome to explore the grounds, hike through the 90-acre hardwood forest, or relax on the farmhouse porch and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Camper amenities: Sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests, a shower and half bathroom, kitchen sink, gas stovetop and oven, microwave, and propane fireplace. An outdoor grill is available, but guests must bring their own camping-size propane tank. Dogs are welcome. Please bring a protective furniture cover or keep pets off the furniture. Bathroom: The camper’s sink and shower are fully operational, but the toilet is not currently available for use. Guests may use the updated West Virginia-style outhouse located on the property. We are one of the first camper listings in this part of the Mid-Ohio Valley. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the camper is ideal for families, small groups, or anyone looking to unplug and slow down. Spend your days exploring the woodlands, relaxing on the farm house porch, or using this as a peaceful home base to explore the Mid-Ohio Valley, (the Ohio River, Middle Island Creek, the North Bend Rail Trail, and St. Marys). Sleeping & Space Sleeps up to 10 guests Multiple sleeping areas throughout the camper Comfortable, well-maintained 2021 model. this isn't a rough-around-the-edges rental, it's a home for when the wellness farm owner is in town working on the farm. Water & Restroom Setup This camper is equipped with running water for the kitchen sink and shower. For the restroom, guests use our clean, private outhouse on the property. Presently, the camper toilet's are not currently in service. The camper isn't yet connected to a septic system. The outhouse is a simple, well-maintained setup that keeps things low-fuss and adds to the genuine historical farm stay. It is close to the camper, and it's kept stocked and tidy between stays, i.e. no smells. What's Nearby St. Marys, WV — small-town shops, dining, Middle Island Creek and Ohio River access. North Bend Rail Trail — walking and biking Marietta, OH and Parkersburg, WV within a 40 minute drive. A quiet solitary farm setting. Good to Know Before You Book 3-night minimum stay. For most guests traveling any distance, two nights here costs less than a night or two at a nearby hotel plus gas and meals out, and you get a whole farm to explore instead of a parking lot. Bathroom: The camper's sink and shower are both in full working order. The interior toilets are not currently in service as the camper isn't yet connected to a septic system. Guests may use our clean, well-maintained outhouse on-site instead, just a short walk from the camper door. It's a small trade-off for the authentic farm-stay experience! Pets: Dogs are welcome. Please bring a protective seat covering or keep them off the furniture. Farm setting: This is a working agritourism property. Under West Virginia law, there may be limited liability for injury or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this business if it results from the inherent risks of the activity, including risks related to landscape, terrain, equipment, and animals. By booking, you acknowledge you are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity. Pit toilet. Presently, the camper toilet's are not currently in service. The camper isn't yet connected to a septic system. The outhouse is a simple, well-maintained setup that keeps things low-fuss and adds to the genuine historical farm stay. It is close to the camper, and it's kept stocked and tidy between stays, i.e. no smells.

Pets allowed

Off leash. Dogs are welcome. The farm property is not fully fenced and sits along a road. If you have a wandering dog, please keep them on leash for their safety. For the camper, please bring a protective seat covering or keep them off the furniture.

Tap, hose, pump or well. There is city water available in the camper and a hand pump water well in the front yard. The water well water is currently being tested for safe drinking (July 2026).

Trash bin. Trash bags are available within the camper and trash bin is outside of the camper.
