Since 1976, my family has cherished this Skagit haven. With my grandmother's guidance, I invite you to explore our rich history in this remarkable location. For generations, fishermen and their families have flocked to the abundant waters of the Magic Skagit, renowned for its legendary salmon runs, particularly the impressive Kings. My grandparents would take my father and his siblings to the resort, then known as ‘Phil’s Landing,’ for weekends filled with camaraderie, fishing, and unforgettable memories. Just downriver lies ‘Fishtown,’ the iconic floating gillnetting village that has transformed into an artist colony, where remnants of its historic charm still stand. In 1975, after years of hard work and dedication, my grandparents and father fulfilled their dream of acquiring this extraordinary property and business.
