We have 60 acres of mountainous land with hiking trails and great views. It's perfect for family time, bonfires, relaxing, hiking, biking, and picnics. Bring your own hammock or enjoy one of ours along the trails! This peaceful property is located near Whitetop Mountain (25 minutes) and Grayson Highlands State Park (40 minutes). The Virginia Creeper Trail in Damascus is just 15 minutes away! We offer a glamping cottage with a kitchenette, electricity, and air conditioning. An 11-gallon camping sink and 5 gallons of drinking water are provided. A porta-potty is available and is serviced weekly. The tent sites and the cottage both have access to our new, natural spring outdoor shower. The spring water is from our own spring located on our property. We house it in a solar rain barrel to assist with warming it for showers. Spring water showers have excellent benefits for skin and hair. The cottage features a full-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a twin bed in the loft. Guests also have access to a private fire pit, picnic table, and charcoal grill. Two tent sites are available and include a fire pit, charcoal grill (charcoal provided) and picnic table. No electrical hookups. But potable spring water can be provided. Pets are welcome, and Wi-Fi is available. Just bring your hiking boots, bikes, groceries, and toiletries!

Spring water is excellent for your hair and skin. Full of minerals like zinc, magnesium, selenium, silica and calcium. Full of Antioxidants, anti-inflammatory agents and also aides in healing. Bring your bikes/E-bikes to cruise on the country backroad that leads to the property. There’s several areas to fish within a short driving distance. Creek on property. Pet friendly. Porta potty on site. We have a large flat, grassy area that’s easily accessible from the road for dry tent(s) or dry RV camping. WiFi available at site. Or you’re more than welcome to hike the mountain with camping gear and go completely off grid during your stay. Bring your whole family to create beautiful core memories.

Bring your corn hole boards, horseshoes or cricket gear with you!

This beautiful little cottage is located at the bottom of mountainous land on a flat landing. Beautiful scenery with audible nearby flowing creek. Easily accessible from the road. Electricity and A/C in cottage. A Kitchenette with hot plate, large toaster oven, mini freezer/fridge. Dinnerware for 4, cooking utensils, cutlery and grilling utensils provided. Basic pots and pans and charcoal grill (charcoal pellets provided). Dish washing basin provided with dish detergent and dish towels. 11 gal camping sink filled with clean water and 5 gallons of drinking water provided. Full size standard bed, queen sleeper sofa and twin (in loft) bed provided with one set of sheets/bedding. Private fire pit, picnic table and porta potty on site. Pets are welcome but we do charge a $20 pet fee to cover the cleaning costs post check-out. Please add the pet fee from the extras at check out. Firewood bundles available upon request-$6 per bundle. Bring your groceries, some hiking boots and you’re all set!!

Agape Acres Glamping Cottage
Great host, great converted shed, very comfortable. Faces south overlooking a pasture, i didnt spend much time outside until evenings when the fireflies were popping. Trail behind cabin you can hike, meant to be trails, I just have a bum leg so cant report on that. Beautiful location.

A sweet spot to stop on the way going or on the way heading. Kind host who thought of the needs travellers would need for glamping. with a clean potty house. The peacefulness was welcome and the front great for sitting and listening to the birds and watching time pass.

The sweet, little cabin was just right for two. The decor (little touches), kitchen, grilling supplies, comfortable bed and pillows, reliable internet, and a/c were enhanced by the peaceful outdoors, star gazing and the Clean, *Nice smelling potty house. We did not have time to walk the trails, but the thought was inviting. Susannah was prompt in responses, willing to help if needed, and friendly. For our in route trip, this was an ideal place to stay.

The campsite was great and worked well for tent camping, the hosts were very welcoming, and the shower was a plus! It wasn't the most secluded site though, there was noise from nearby dogs barking and dirt bikes going by on the road.

Agape Acres is a little tucked away slice of heaven. Quite, peaceful, & great hiking trails up the mountain. Several beautiful, wide open fields & grazing cattle across the road make this place among my favorite campgrounds! Highly recommended!

Agape Acres Glamping Cottage
I loved this place. It was super clean and her decor is so cute. My boyfriend and I were making our way back to NC from WV and needed a place to get out of the rain for the night and it was such a treat to get to stay here. Definitely a great host and loved seeing the cows from the front porch. Also loved having access to the mountain trails. Thank you so much Susannah!
