Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

Please note: We are selling our home and will not be able to accept guests after Sept 30 2024. Peaceful country setting with gorgeous sunsets twenty miles north of Paris, Tx. We have 2 small man-made ponds full of live bait (frogs)Dewberry (wild blackberry) vines along the fence line. Several lakes nearby for fishing and boating activities. Wild geese fly overhead from nearby preserve, as well as owls, hawks, and many others for the bird watching enthusiast. Occasional deer graze on the property, and the neighbors moo. Farm fresh eggs and home baked goods available for purchase on site.

Nicole and her family were so friendly and welcoming! The land was mowed down for our plot and it was easy to set up and break down our site.

Nicole and her husband were fabulous hosts. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Property was beautiful and the flowers were thick. 10/10 would stay again.
