Spacious gravel pad with open views of mountains on a quiet cul-de-sac. A little slice of privacy in a developed neighborhood, on a corner lot with grassy field to lounge or tent. Close to both Cherokee Reservoir and Douglas Lake. Power supplied all year round. Water available as weather permits.Park your RV on the 20x50 private gravel pad and use the power plug on the adjoining tan out-building. Plenty of space on the gravel to park a car or two. The terrace sits up a foot or two above the grassland, so be careful of the step. Nearly complete privacy if you need it. Wonderful sunrise and sunset views from the lawn.
