Perfect Glamping Experience
This was truly the perfect glamping experience - all the fun of camping (and then some!) with none of the work! The property is huge - my dog had the time of his life running around (small dog owners beware of hawks). The hottub was wonderful. The giant deck was perfect. The hammock is ideal for a mid afternoon nap. Inside was spacious, clean, and cozy. The fire pit, BBQ, fridge/freezer, clean port a potty + outdoor shower gave us everything we needed for a long weekend! The extra touches, from welcome signs to s’mores ingredients were so thoughtful. The host + family (who live on the other side of the property) were also lovely! We hope to return in the fall!

A perfect getaway
The treehouse was absolutely perfect for an overnight getaway. Loved the hot tub and my dogs had a blast running in the field! It was nice and clean, highly recommend to anyone!

It was such a beautiful stay! Just absolutely perfect and all the little touches made it so special. Darby had everything you could think of needing! The tent was surprising cool in the evening! Would absolutely come back to stay!

All the fun of camping w/o the work

We had an amazing time despite the rain and chilly weather. They have thought of everything to give the ultimate glamping experience so that all you have to do is show up and enjoy. All the fun parts of camping without the hard work. Lol. Everything was very clean and comfortable and organized. It is a beautiful property and is set back enough from the main house to give you plenty of privacy but not so far that it’s a far distance to drag all your stuff back and forth. The hike to the ringing rocks from the property was so cool and unique. Darby gave a wonderful list of places to eat and things to do in the area and we tried a few out and had a great time. The kids loved the slide and the hammock and the hot tub. When the rain got too bad to stay outside our family of 5 (and two small dogs) headed inside the huge (and very dry) tent and cuddled up on the king bed and played card game. Thank you for a great weekend and for the special birthday message for our daughter!

Very cozy low stress camping

This was our second visit and we'll definitely come back again soon. We were here in early August. It was hot, but the camp area is nicely shaded and it was pretty cool in the tent. Darby is an incredible host and had everything set up and left us smores stuff and some glow bracelets (which my 2 year old son loved). This time, we brought along some people who had never been camping and they loved it. We spent a ton of time in the hot tub, listening to music on a bluetooth speaker and hanging out. We even took a short drive over to a nearby creek with a little dam and splashed around one morning. Super fun. Love this place and all the thoughtful touches that make it so comfortable.

Such a great stay!

We had such a wonderful stay! We went for my engagement/birthday and Darby put in effort making it special by putting up a sign and writing a lovely note. It was such a welcoming space and such a great alternative to being completely out in nature but still having the option of full on camping. Would highly recommend! Also…river tribe is close by and they have the best river tubing :)

Our stay at Darby’s was fun and relaxing. Darby was very communicative and thoughtful. She thought of every comfort you could have while camping and created a comfortable and serene space for our group. We all really enjoyed the outdoor shower and hot tub. We will stay again!

Awesome Glamping!

LOVED this tent and our camping experience! (My family was on site for about 15 minutes before I decided that we should come back again in the future.) All the joys of camping but with some amenities that feel luxurious. The camping area is nestled away in a private, wooded area. The tent was great and included anything and everything we needed for our stay. (Despite a hot day, the fans inside did a great job cooling the tent.) My kids loved the tube slide, hammock and hot tub. A major highlight was the owners providing all the snacks needed to make s'mores and a fire-starting kit. It was a very relaxing getaway for everyone. My kids didn't even think about electronic devices. And my wife and I felt we'd have an equally enjoyable time just the two of us without the kids. There was also a major thunder and lightning storm that broke out around 3:30am, but we were very safe and dry within the tent. We can't recommend it enough and would love to come back again!

We had such a great time glamping at the Philly treehouse. Sleeping in the screened in tent was wonderful. Having electric really made it easier- with a bedside lamp with usb chargers. The site was private with great amenities. We found nice hikes nearby using the all trails app. My dog also loved it- plenty of land for him to run around!

This place rules. Darby put in so many thoughtful touches and made a ton of clever choices to make the tent and surrounding site homey and delightful. The propane grill, the fancy firepit, the super nice deck, the little hot tub, the little pantry, there's a thousand things i could mention that we loved.
We got super unlucky with the weather and it rained on us basically the entire time but the tent was so cozy and dry and we were warm with the electric heaters provided.
Super fun can't wait to go again. Darby is super nice and cool too. Loved it.

Almost Glamping

We were impressed with the hospitality of the host and the treehouse tent that comes with a hot-tub, albeit no running water. We wish the porta-potty wasn't as far as it was from the tent, it made it challenging getting to it at night. Another wish, we hope the host would eventually take care of, is how far from the tent the outdoor shower is. The challenge with that was try not to get into the soggy grass on the way back to the tent from the shower. Most of my family avoided the outdoor shower for the 3-day stay we had. I would consider this "almost glamping" for the reasons I outlined above. However, the host went out of her way to make our stay very pleasant, she even loaned us a stroller for our little one and even made a welcome message and treats for our little one's 1st b-day. 5-Stars for the hospitality of the host!!!

An incredible luxury stay!
This treehouse stay was absolutely perfect. Every little detail of what you could need was taken care of. The treehouse is placed on a beautiful historic property with tons of greenery and gardens. We had the best time making our meals over the fire & relaxing in the hot tub right outside of our tent. The bed is super comfy & having electric made it so convenient. Darby & her family were so incredibly sweet and hospitable. They truly made this stay so lovely for us. We would absolutely love to stay again!

Great stay!
Amazing weekend at the tree house! The hosts thought of everything we would need. We found some nice hiking trails in the area. It was private, peaceful and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Tree House for anyone looking for a nice, peaceful getaway.
