Enjoy the comforts of home at some sites—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.

Come stay on a portion of our 100 acres. Rent our 45 ft toy hauler RV or just an RV space. Two RV spots are situated together on a large private portion of land where you will be surrounded by cattle and horses. Creek runs along lower land. You are welcome to explore but please don't climb fences and make sure to keep gates closed. Verizon service can be weak sometimes. This is for those who want to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet in solitude. RV stocked with movies a couple puzzles and some games. Ask about farm fresh eggs. If the girls are laying, we would be more than happy to share. Small BBQ available. Bring your own corn hole boards, volley ball net, bikes and river toys. We have two livestock pens set up if traveling with horses. Water available. Bring your own hay. We have shared access to a private swimming hole on the Umpqua River(not on this property) less then 5 minutes away. Our land is near VA and Mercy Hospitals, Umpqua Community College, Umpqua fish ladder. Less then10 mins from down town Roseburg and DC fairgrounds. What a beautiful spot. Quiet and peaceful, with some lovely horses in the next pasture. Close to Roseburg and not far from the Umpqua river, lots of fun stuff to do. One of our favorite places we've ever camped!

When I first arrived I was a bit confused because I didn’t expect the RV hookup spot to be next to an existing camper, but once we got settled in we had a lovely stay! Super duper peaceful and gorgeous spot. I will say that if someone was staying in the camper, it wouldn’t have felt quite as private, but regardless it is a beautiful and serene spot not too far from the highway and amazing for a night. I went for a stroll at sunset and was greeted by two super friendly horses coming down the hill towards me, and I had such a nice time petting and hanging out with them at sunset. Would recommend this place!

Rolling Oaks RV

This was a quick one night stopover for me and it worked very well. Very quiet and secluded. Beautiful rolling hills, sunsets, and starry nights. Access was easy with plenty of space to turn around.

Site 1 - 45ft Toyhauler

Showed up on site and the toy hauler was already booked by another couple, so at 8 o’clock at night we needed to find different accommodations, with two dogs. The site host was hard to get a hold of and although somewhat apologetic not very helpful in the end.

Rolling Oaks RV

The host did not acknowledge my written communications. The enclosure is filled with “cow pies” so we couldn’t let our dogs off leash as we weren’t keen to have them go back into the RV with excrement on their paws. The RV for rent is too close to where guests park their RV’s. Dog owners should know that the enclosure doesn’t have a gate so pets can go out onto a shared driveway. The view is gorgeous, but that doesn’t make up for what the spot lacks.

Rolling Oaks RV

The site was serene and beautiful. We enjoyed being able to throw ball for our dog in the fenced area. It was convenient for our long wine tasting weekend, being within 10-15 minutes from some gorgeous vineyards.
