Communication with Maria was outstanding. We were only there overnight but her place was easy to find and very quiet. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Triple L Farms is an amazing oasis right outside the activity of the city. Unfortunately, I was only able to stay stay for one night, but I will absolutely return.

Maria & Terry were great! I was in later than expected and it was no problem to get in with their help. They were always very timely & responsive to any of my questions! The animals were curious first morning and so friendly. The property was easy to get to and once there, peaceful and friendly. Nice to be woken up by the rooster in the morning!

It was a beautiful setting. A grassy area, with a view of a small lake with a beautiful sunset! Listened to coyotes and owls all night! Excellent! Thank you!

Maria and her husband are incredibly friendly and responsive. Easy sites to access with great tree cover. My son LOVED all the goats, chickens, pigs and Thor the steer!

Maria was a great host. Very communicative and kind. Property is great and the animals are an awesome bonus. My only warning is that the roosters do make a bit of noise so if you are a light sleeper, beware. I had ear plugs with me so i didn’t have a problem with it. I would stay again!

Thank you Triple L Farm for sharing your back lot with us. We enjoyed visiting with your beautiful and full of character chickens, pig, goat and cow. For everyone else, Maria was very responsive in answering all our questions prior to arrival. We were able to park on their very large, grassy lot behind the house. We camped in our self-contained trailer. There is ample to do, including a corn-hole set. A very fun stay.

Love love loved it here! Immediately felt so welcomed by the lovely couple Maria and Terry, as if I'd known them all my life. Super open hearted, can't recommend this place enough. I was only there one night yet I feel as though I made lifelong friends. Such great people, such great property!

Maria's husband, Terry, met us at the gate of their eight acre farm. We were warmly welcomed and told we could park anywhere on the property from the open field to the oak forested area. Plan for leave-no-trace camping as there are no facilities as outlined on the website. We were car camping and this worked fine for us. Maria had an outdoor fire going in a fire pit to socialize around. We took a short walk around the land w Maria and her adorable youngest son to meet the animal menagerie as Terry was feeding the chickens, ducks, goats,, rabbits, piglets, and a young steer. There is potable water available to refill water jugs. Lots of flat areas to choose from, dark night skies, and only very low level barking from distant neighbor dogs. Maria's family dogs are well behaved and non barkers. Oh, no rooster on the property so we slept in. Thanks Latham family for sharing your little piece of heaven with us. We will be back! Easy to get to off I-40.

Quiet peaceful homestead

This place was exactly what I needed after a long drive. Maria and her husband were there to greet me when I pulled in. Their little Homestead is adorable and quiet. They even offered for me to come hang out at the fire pit that night and I was looking forward to it but it was so quiet I fell asleep at 8 o’clock! If I’m ever that way again this is where I’ll stay.💛
