Beautiful location! Felt secluded but we weren't too far from everything we needed. This was a sad trip for us so we didn't get out and do much but the peace and quiet at the site was just what we needed.

This camp spot is perfect for rural camping but close to convenience! Hueston woods is 7 minutes away, the oldest national forest and park in Ohio with a beach and excellent bike trails. The hostess/host are hospitable and if you have friendly dogs, off leash is the way to go here. The creek is very close, easy to wade in or inner tubing and has easy access. You can also fit a small camper or tents (recommend cots) and the hosts are very accommodating. I will definitely be back!

Great spot! Thanks for having us :-) we appreciated how easy it was to walk down the steps to stand by the creek, and felt like the camping sites were spaced nicely apart.

Nice and quiet camping spot (#1) by a creek. It isn’t realistically accessible from the campsite but I am sure it’s easy enough to find a spot to get in/out. Nice and flat spot for shelter and two very nice hosts.
There is no table/picnic table on site so just be prepared. Not an issue but something to know before arriving.

We loved the privacy of the site and access to the creek. We loved seeing the combine process the corn. I would suggest this quiet little farm to anyone who likes camping with privacy. My dogs loved it too!!

I loved the property.. very friendly hosts. We were the only people staying while we were there and it was so quiet. All of the spots are really nice and right next to the creek. Perfect for fishing and swimming when the water isn't low. Already planning my next trip back! Sites one and three are my recommendations, but all the sites were laid out perfect!

We are new to hipcamp but definitely not camping. The host made it easy to find and even stayed up for our very late check-in and personally drove us to the spot (thankfully, I would of been lost so quick) once going in and out a time or two it was easy to navigate but very bumpy. I had an SUV that did just fine. Our campsite was huge (campsite 2) there are several different areas.. it's like nature laid out different bedrooms areas. There's a trail to the creek with a small island. We were there friday-monday and were the only ones camping on the whole site every night but 1 night so we were able to check out every other site and fully decided that we chose the best one. It's only 5 min away from the closest gas station but they have firewood on the property. They would bring it around in the morning on a tractor which was amazing because it was incredibly cold the whole weekend. We brought our dog who absolutely hates other dogs but opened up and played with the dog on the property. It was an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back!!!

This was a pretty great spot! Creek site #1 was tucked in beside the creek so it was very private, even with other people staying at other sites. Access to the creek was steep at this site, but the host, Dave, showed us an easier way down between sites 2 and 3. My partner and I had a great time fishing in the creek and caught several fish! We also had an unexpected morning visit from the sweetest dog ever. We would love to come back and camp again!

The land itself was beautiful and had great potential for a peaceful stay. Unfortunately, the campsite was set up too close to another one, and the neighboring family repeatedly came onto my section of the creek where I had pitched my tent. Between the crying babies and the constant yelling back and forth, it was far from the quiet, relaxing experience I was hoping for after driving an hour out. The host was very understanding and refunded me for one night, which I appreciated, but I ended up leaving early because of the lack of privacy and noise. If you’re looking for solitude, site 3 may not be the right spot unless changes are made to provide more separation between sites. I was told afterwards that site 4 may offer more solitude.

Another amazing weekend at Martha’s little peace of haven, our site was very secluded with a wonderful view of the creek, we accessed the creek with a small rope to get down the small hill it was easy and water is so refreshing.

Enjoyed spending the holiday weekend with my doggos and wife. Friendly hosts and the private campsites were a plus! Our site had plenty of shade coverage. Overall we’d come back for a quick weekend getaway.

Campsite #1 was perfect for us and very private. We stayed two nights. The host were great and we will definitely return. There wasn’t firewood offering for purchase that we know of? We had to go into town and buy at the gas station. So you should probably consider bringing some. Looking forward for our return in the future.

Love this site. The fact that you are literally down in the creek bed makes it so cool. Its like i little offroad adventure getting to it. The sound of the creek rapids will put you to sleep in no time. Very relaxing.

I had a great two nights of camping at Quiet Creek Valley! Beautiful property to explore and relax. I was at site #4 beside the creek. Luckily the other three sites were vacant so I could walk and explore those sites as well. I was able to get some fishing in and caught some small sunfish and small mouth bass. Thank you for sharing your great property and letting Iris (the dog) hangout with me for a bit!

This was a great site for a quick weekend getaway. The site was in a nicely wooded area and well kept. I brought my dogs and they loved the creek that ran along the campsite. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely camp here again.

This was truly a beautiful spot. My granddaughter and I were both delighted. The creek, the bird song, I even found the (very occasional) train sounds relaxing. The hosts were friendly & helpful - available if we needed them. Absolutely would return!
