Site 1 - BackRhodesRanch

Toilets are very bad , basic should be available . They charged more . We paid $65 per night but no proper toilet and no water no shower nothing is available. At least they should reduce the price .

Hendersonville gem

One word - PHENOMENAL. Stephen was such a great host, warm and friendly. The site was tucked far back behind a corn field, right along the French Broad. Very shaded with spaced out trees, fire ring and picnic table. We will definitely be back again over this summer trip, and over Thanksgiving week.

Site 2 - BackRhodesRanch

Cool Spot

Steve was a very nice host. We booked the night before and he accepted our request. He did say he wish the camp sites were a little more manicured. He was also nice enough to let us pick which ever camp site we wanted as we were the only people there that night. We camped on Site #2 as it was the only camp site that was good for tent camping. The weeds and grass were too high on the other sites. The only other downside is that we wanted to get into the river and were unable to as the banks were very overgrown. The outhouse that he constructed was really nice! If you want a forrest feel, this is the place to go!

Camping with kids and animals!

Stephen was a great host. Very flexible and easy going. Loved the group camp spot we booked. With many adults and kids, it was the perfect end of school camp out for our group. The kids and dogs loved running around.

Site 2 - BackRhodesRanch

The site was very spacious and beautiful. A bit complicated for us to find via car due to losing GPS service but once we called Stephen he talked us through step by step. You will be driving off road for some duration so be prepared for mud and water depending on the season. We made it through with 2 SUVs and a Prius though with no issues after a day of rain. I would recommend and come back 👍

Site 1 - BackRhodesRanch

Loved this site so much! It can be a little difficult to make your way back to the campsite but Stephen directed me and I was able to find it pretty easily. Sites are secluded. Bugs are out so bring bug spray! Would definitely stay here again.
