This sweet 4 acre property lies on a gorgous s-turn of Reems Creek, 1 mile from downtown Weaverville. There is a porta-potty provided and a hose attached to our house campers are welcome to. We have 3 large, friendly dogs who you will definitely meet. So, dog lovers only. Reems creek is known for it's great trout fishing so bring a fishing license and your poles! The water is pristine and great for swimming as well. Fire ring and wood, swings, hammocks, and corn hole provided.Pitch a tent, or a small camper in our sunny field or under our shade trees next to Reems Creek and sleep to the sound of running water. Awake and throw in your fishing line. Reems Creek is home to many stocked and native trout and more. We are 1 mi. to downtown Weaverville, a 10 min. drive to downtown Asheville, and 7 beautiful back country miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Our place is 4 acres, so there is plenty of space to spread out, but we cannot guarantee complete privacy as there might be other campers and we also enjoy spending time down by the creek. Dog friendly folks only as we have 3 big friendly dogs. We absolutely love our little slice of heaven and are excited to share it with other outdoor enthusiast and nature lovers. Disclaimer for transparency: we are newly reopened since hurricane Helene ripped through our land. Some areas of the field are not covered in grass any longer as the river sand settled. One side of our property is bordered by a 2-lane road, thus you may hear occasional traffic depending how light of a sleeper you are and how close to the road you camp. I am a beekeeper and have hives on the other side of the property. We also run a tree and landscaping company out of our home at the top of the hill. Although we keep our equipment on the other side of the property from where you are camping, you might hear our trucks and equipment moving out around 8am in the morning if you are here on a workday.  We live in WNC which is a temperate rainforest with the most biodiversity in the US.  Our region has plants, animals, and other natural things to be respectful of.  Camp and swim at your own risk.
