Enjoy complete privacy across 8 acres of fields, woods, and streams in the Catskills. The entire property is yours to explore with no shared spaces and no interruptions, located just 2.3 hours from the George Washington Bridge. Spend your days inspired by nature or exploring nearby trails, with easy access to kayaking, swimming, and golf. THE CAMP The property includes two vintage campers—Freya and Odin—along with a collection of indoor and outdoor spaces designed for gathering, slowing down, and reconnecting. A few friendly cows may wander up to the electric fence to say hello. Parking: A short, flat walk from the parking area brings you to two vintage campers. Rolling suitcases are not optimal. We will have a wagon waiting for you. The Shed – Your Rainy Day Haven: If the weather turns, the shed provides a perfect spot to relax, read a book, listen to music, play darts, have a meal, or enjoy a board game. Hiking & Foraging: For those seeking adventure, hike up the mountain (it’s a real hike!) and enjoy breathtaking views. If you visit between late August and September, keep an eye out for wild black raspberries along the way. Stream & Mini Labyrinth: The stream is a tranquil spot to cool off and unwind, though it may run low on the hottest summer days. On your way down, take a moment to walk through the mini labyrinth before settling in by the fire pit and being one with nature. The Outdoor Clawfoot Tub Experience: As the sun sets, treat yourself to a hot bath in our outdoor clawfoot tub, heated by firewood for a truly rustic spa-like experience. Garden Goodies & Water Conservation: Guests are welcome to enjoy herbs and vegetables from the garden—just be mindful not to over-pick so they can continue to grow for the next guest. Our water comes from a well, so please use it thoughtfully and avoid letting it run unnecessarily.
