Tucked between Canandaigua and Keuka Lakes, our property is your gateway to the world famous Finger Lakes; hike stunning trails, sip local wines and brews, or wander quaint villages like Naples or Hammondsport. Come with a sense of wonder and leave with memories lit by fire and starlight. Equipment rental available 🌳 🛶 Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region- Canandaigua and Keuka lakes within 20 minutes, and 5 other finger lakes within 45 minutes! They are excited to share one of their favorite places and are looking to make continued improvements to the property as they learn about business, building, and land management.Camp beneath wide-open skies at Stargazer’s Rest, a peaceful field site tucked near a quiet spring fed pond stocked with bass and bordered by woodland. The rural site is the perfect place to watch the stars come alive, listen to frogs and crickets, wonder at the dragon flies, and wake to morning mist rising off the water. Campers have a site that stretches approximately 32' x 20', on a slight slope with level areas. We chose to clear this site because it is relatively flat area that stays dry even in the rainiest season equipped with benches, a fire pit, and a picnic table. The site is accessed via a sloped gravel drive covered in grass. Your private rustic outhouse is only about 20' away with a composting toilet. Take the path just a little farther up hill to the pond and enjoy the lounge chairs while you watch for the bass. This is camping at its purest; just firelight, fresh air, and the stillness of nature. Explore the region or simply lie back and trace the Milky Way overhead. Stargazer’s Rest is the first page in a larger story, one that’s only beginning at Constellations & Campfires.

Overall, it was a good visit! We got lucky and had a cloud last night and saw plenty of stars. The area around the pond was perfect to sit back and relax! It was challenging to find a level spot for a little camper, and we were warned ahead of time to make sure we have leveling blocks. The host was exceptionally responsive in answering our questions! Overall, it was a great chance to get some family connection during a busy month!

The wide open sky, surrounded by trees in a meadow did not disappoint. Luckily, I scored a very clear night with a full moon and stars. The paths were easy to walk around the pond and campsite. A very peaceful weekend, even when the weather got a bit dreary at times. I felt comfortable enough on the property with the tall grass to keep mobile and not be muddy. Teagan was super responsive and everything was just as described..
