Jim’s place was great location for our ski weekend. Easy van camping and his extra room and hot tub were great amenities. Highly recommend.

We camped in our Sprinter Van on Jim’s property for a ski trip at Taos. A great setup that gave us access to an indoor bathroom/bedroom area e we it’s a boot heater. This was a separate entrance from the main part of the house so we had privacy. Also had a hot tub that we could use. Terrific setup.

The Skiers Nest was the perfect spot for our first van trip to ski Taos. Close to town and an easy drive up the the ski hill. Jim was a good host and we enjoyed the nice bathroom and hot showers each day! Thanks Jim

Jim’s set up is great! You park in the spacious place, steps away from the bathroom and shower . The hot tub is great!
The property is dog friendly, which is a must for us.
Jim is a great host who responds very quickly.
We will be back next year for another Taos Ski Week. Thank you Jim for your hospitality!!!!

I stayed a week at Jim's spot because it was just a few miles away from Taos and I had the best of both worlds. Access to private bedroom, bathroom, desk, and wifi as well as the ability to stay in my van with easy access to explore. He let me stay a little earlier than he regularly opens his home so I'm super grateful for that!

This was a perfect spot for our road trip. We normally truck camp but the notion of a bathroom and being so close to the center of Taos was intriguing. Super simple; a bedroom and bathroom with an area for your vehicle behind the house. Very clean, had a small fridge and boot dryer for two pair. We stayed 2 nights and loved it. Close to town and felt safe. I could see this being a great stop for skiers but also campers who want the basics at a great rate.

It was nice to have a bathroom available, and the location was convenient to town and to the mountain. Jim was a great host, and helped me out substantially when I had a flat tire. A very nice person.

Would absolutely recommend Jim’s space! Everything is exactly as he advertises. Great hot tub, warm shower, and easy parking even for our big van. All for an even better price. Would re book!
