Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.

A world-class fishing 🎣 and swimming spot 🤿, located right off the highway. It can be a little loud at times, but that also makes us easy to find and easy to access. The campsite is small and does not accommodate large trailers or RV’s Enjoy the natural beauty of the Rio Grande by pitching your tent right next to the river. There’s even a safe fire pit with firewood 🪵 ready for you.It can get loud sometimes because it’s next to Hwy 68, but that also makes this campsite easy to find and easy to access. It’s a beautiful private spot on the river with amenities. The fishing and swimming are great! This is a terraced campground with parking up top and tent camping down next to the river.

Firewood provided, firepit. Please use the fire pit provided in its established location. Enjoy a safe fire 🔥

Toilet available

Flush toilet. There is no toilet at the campsite but we will make our bathroom available if needed and it’s a short walk from Rio Grande Camp to our home upstream just past our neighbors house. Please respect the privacy of our neighbors when making your way to our home which is beyond the green gate at the end of the trail next to and parallel to the Hwy.
