Looking for a unique cabin rental? Located 3 miles east of Harpers Ferry National Park in West Virginia, the Loft is perfect cabin lodging for exploring the scenic and stunning tri-state area where two rivers and three states meet. Four National Parks and trails (including the Appalachian Trail and Antietam National Battlefield) are located within twenty-five minutes of this cabin location. Built over a small stream in 1972, River &Trail’s original Knoxville location has been repurposed to provide a novel “cabin camping” experience with certain creature comforts in an alternative setting. This cabin offers an outdoor shower with hot water and outdoor flushing toilet, large BBQ grill, full size refrigerator, toaster oven and coffee maker.Just 3 miles east of Harpers Ferry, The Loft offers and abundance of things to do! From the location itself, you can go WW Tubing on the Potomac River or battle your friends on an Airsoft course! Other activities such as kayaking, tubing and rafting are a short drive away. Nice Cabin But Not Private

The Loft in Harpers Ferry
The loft was well kept inside and it’s a good space for a large group. Unfortunately the site is not very private at all. During the two days we stayed, several groups of people looking for the outfitters tried to walk to the front door or through the fire pit area. On the second night, a drunk person who was wandering down the road right next to the loft came through the campsite twice as we were sitting outside and was very confrontational with our group. A neighbor who stopped by after we made the person leave noted that he had seen the same person several times in the area.

Great stay for a large group! Close to all the river activities and the harpers ferry brewery. AC was cool enough even in the hot summer. Would stay again!

The place was very unique. I recommend bringing more padding for beds cause you wake up sore. The place was very clean including the out house.

Very beautiful location that exceeded expectations. It has probably the best outdoor shower I've ever used camping as well, wish we had gotten to stay longer
