A private dead end dirt road with a with private marked scenic walking trails and a spectacular Mountain View located in the foothills of maine at the gates of the northwestern mountains region. Bring your Atv’s(May15th-October), Snowmobiles, Bikes, Kayaks, Boats, Hiking Boots and whatever else you could think of for outside activities. Located only 3 miles from Porter Lake which has many fishing of lake trout, trout, salmon, and boating opportunities. 37 miles from Rangeley, 33 miles from Sugarloaf, 7.5 miles from Farmington.Welcome to The Vineyard Views, a cozy, small secluded cabin in the woods with breathtaking mountain views right outside your bedroom window. Making this the perfect quiet getaway for couples or families. The cabin is located just 10 minutes from Farmington, ME, so you can spend your night in or have a fun night out on the town! In every season, enjoy easy access to outdoor recreation, with the snowmobile trail running directly through the property for added convenience. We can’t wait to host you! The space This small secluded cabin sits on 40acres and is surrounded by nature and the most epic mountain view. The main living space includes a comfortable living and sleeping area with windows that have a direct view of the mountains. There is a well-equipped kitchen for cooking and a private bathroom with essential items provided. Guests can enjoy the peaceful outdoor setting with plenty of privacy, making it the perfect relaxing getaway. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the cabin, including the main living and sleeping area, kitchen, and private bathroom. The outdoor space surrounding the tiny home is also available for guest use, including seating areas and open yard space. Certain storage areas or utility spaces are reserved for host use and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note This is a solar-powered off-grid cabin. While fully equipped with AC and modern amenities, energy and water are not unlimited like traditional grid homes. During periods of extreme heat or high continuous usage, guests may need to be mindful of energy consumption to avoid system depletion. WiFi- is not included at this time, but will be in the future. Phone service works very well, and we suggest using your mobile hotspot to connect to the TV.
