Learn more about this land: Tiny house in the forest. Wood stove and buddy heater. A skylight above the bed. Windows on all sides. Beautiful cedar trees and very quiet. You can smell the cedars and listen to the owls at night. There is a giant rock for star gazing. Small but comfortable, great for a couple. Bed is a loft. A small desk for writing / artwork. Outside kitchen area with propane stove. There is a compostable toilet a short walk from the cabin. 20 minute drive to Sandpoint. Dish Restaurant is a bit closer and has a general store. Sandpoint is a fun town with nearby recreational activities and has a great nightlife. This is a place to get away while still being close to the festivities. Many places to swim and fish nearby. Bottled water or jugs. I have a 65 gallon drum of water available for use. This water comes from a natural spring however you should still filter or boil little before drinking. There is also creek nearby to filter water for drinking. I will supply 1 gallon of fresh drinking water inside of the cabin.

Sandpoint Mountain Tiny House
Beautiful tiny home. Loved the magical river just a walk through the forest away. If you look towards the forest, it feels very private. There is a road beside the site that has neighbors driving throughout the day. There's some logs propped up for privacy but there could be more logs. There is no parking...unless it's meant to be on a slant of the side of the road but it's pretty steep and I didn't want my car in a ditch so I parked sideways half on road half on slant. Besides parking and privacy, I loved this space. Centrally located to lots of outdoorsy stuff too.

Cozy quiet cabin
Sandpoint Mountain Tiny House
Cute & quiet little cabin! Wish we’d had more time to explore the property, lots of pretty trees. Driveway is a bit hard to find but the pole fence was a good landmark from the road, it’s more of a drop into dirt than a driveway, our van got stuck but host Justin was very friendly and quick to help pull us out. Looking forward to another visit!

This is a quiet private spot to overnight. A little tricky to find, but Justin quickly resolved our questions and was totally available to help. The spot was exactly what we wanted for us and our 2 dogs, who enjoyed the walk down to the creek and with no one in sight the entire time to worry about.

Super cute Thoreau-esque off grid bunkie. The bed was a little tight for 2 people but we made it work. Lots of cute artistic touches and really good prep station for cooking. Justin was a thoughtful host!
