Our stay was great! Frank is most accommodating and was able to help us out with the local stuff too. We based out of here for our trip to Silverwood. It was a bit farther than most of the HipCamp's that mentioned Silverwood - but it was really just fine. When we shared our desire to watch for meteors, Frank informed us that the property had a great little bench at the back of the property. Not too far and oh what a wonderful view. The only less than perfect thing was a bit of a happy dog that humped my son's leg. But once we told Frank- he agreed that it was unacceptable and wouldn't happen again. I'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to others. Very private setup!

There were a little unfortunate overbooked but by my cordial and professional interaction with the owner I would consider staying in my future and recommend because why not. Mistakes happen. BUT GRACE IS ALWAYS A BEAUTIFUL THING!

We had so much fun oo our last trip of the season. Frank and Anna are great hosts. The spot is secluded and the mountains around us were beautiful and enjoyable to walk in. Everything was as stated and in our opinion , a definite bonus is their dogs. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Frank was very welcoming. I parked my van conversion in the private quiet spot. I enjoyed walking up the hill to the bench with my dogs enjoying the sunrise and sunset with my dogs. Lovely. If I come back to that area next year, I'll be back to visit again.

We truly enjoyed ourselves. Our host, Frank, was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Incredibly accommodating. The location is private, quiet and relaxing. The two dogs that live on-site are very nice dogs! You do need to back your trailer in from the road, so be prepared to round a couple of corners. Thank goodness my husband is a great driver :). I recommend this spot and would definitely use it again.

Frank and Anne were wonderful hosts! Their space is nice and secluded, just behind their home and still offers a private setting. Nothing but the sounds of birds, crickets and turkeys for miles. If possible, we'll come back for a return visit!

We had an enjoyable time at Frank's place. He was there when we arrived. He and his wife were both very nice and helped us get settled. The area for our trailer is behind their home and in between two large garages. It's a nice level, gravel area. Beautiful views front and back. Around and behind the last garage there is a trail that leads up the hill, where there is a bench to relax and take in the view across the panhandle of Idaho, with Montana in the far distance. It's a beautiful view.
Sunday morning we woke up to no power. There had not been a power outage but Frank helped us troubleshoot, turned out our 30amp power cord was at fault. Frank let us use his cord to finish out our stay.
They were very nice, and let us have our privacy. It was quiet and restful. Would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Frank’s near Spirit Lake. He was there to meet us, help with parking and connecting the utilities, and got us settled in. The site was located behind his lovely cabin, and was private and peaceful. He even showed us the incredible view just a short walk up the ridge. We would love to come back and stay again some day!
