Enjoy the comforts of home at some sites—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.

If you are looking for a nicely furnished place to stay away from the crowds, this could fit your needs. This is a luxurious 5th wheel that will be fully equipped for your stay. Bring your food and clothes and you are set. The rear bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and lots of storage in the closet. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, double sink and large refrigerator. The dinette seats 4 and can fold into a bed if needed. There is a coffee bar as well. The front living room has 2 couches that pull out to beds (can sleep 4) as well as 2 recliners. The large screen tv is above the electric fireplace. We are close to all the great adventures Sandpoint has to offer. Schweitzer resort is a short drive, downtown Sandpoint is 15 minutes away. With hundreds of trails to explore via hiking, biking or horseback riding you will have plenty to do. The lake and pack river are also a short drive for your paddle board or kayak adventures. We can accommodate your personal horse(s) here as well. This is a small farm so yes there is dirt and animals. No smoking or vaping allowed in the trailer. We do not allow dogs in the trailer, but we can possibly make arrangements for very well behaved friendly dogs.

Welcome to Dun Broke farm. Bring your horses and come explore all that North Idaho has to offer. There are thousands of miles of trails ready and waiting for you to enjoy within a short drive. Our place is in a beautiful forested area on 10 acres. We have a circular driveway to easily maneuver your rig. We are located close to Hwy 200 and Hwy 95 for quick access during your travels and just a short distance from Sandpoint, ID. Come lay over for a night, or stay a while and ride the incredible trails in the area. We are open April - November or until the snow flies. The dry camp rv site price includes accomodations for 1 horse. Additional horses can be added for $20/day each. Use the added adult option to add a horse. We only allow one group at a time to stay. Please have coggins and health papers available when you arrive. For the people: We can accomodate a few trailers in a dry camp situation. Water is available to fill your water tanks. No restrooms, so please be self contained. Generators are ok with quiet hours of 10pm-6 am. We also have a luxury RV with full hookups available. Please see our other listing if interested. For the horses: We have 2 covered and matted stalls that are seperated by our shop. We can provide water tubs/buckets or you are welcome to bring your own. Our tubs are washed between uses. Stall #1 is 12x24 and has a turn out attached. It could accomodate 2 horses that are use to living together. Stall #2 is 12x16. It is attached to a large turn out. That turn out area can hold 2 horses. Our fencing is electrobraid. If your horse is not use to electric fence we can use panels instead for turn out areas. Advanced notice will be required as we do not have panels set up at this time. Ammenities: Hay is available for purchase $10/bale. 2 string orchard/timothy Shavings are $6/bag We provide a wheelbarrow and fork onsite to remove manure. 60' round pen is available to exercise your horse. We do not allow horses to stay overnight in the round pen. Please clean up after your horse.

Come join us on our small farm for a great getaway in the woods. We have a beautiful RV that is nicely appointed for you to enjoy. No need to bring camping gear. Pack your clothes and personal care items, bring your food and beverages. We provide the rest. The property is away from crowds, yet close to all that Sandpoint has to offer. If you are looking for a comfortable place to rest and relax we have a great spot for you. Sandpoint has lots of outdoor activities for your enjoyment. Schweitzer mountain, shopping in town, floating the pack river, kayaking on the lake. Fishing, hiking and endless miles of trails to navigate by foot or bike. All within a short distance. After a geat day exploring, you have a nice place to call home. Enjoy morning coffee in the fresh cool air and an evening beverage around the fire pit. This is a small farm with horses, mini mules and our personal dogs. And yes, there is dirt. You are not in the city so you get to enjoy all that nature has to offer. The cleaning fee will be returned if the site and trailer are left clean. Leave the bed unmade but fold any additional blankets that were used. Towels can go in the tub. Bag the trash and we will dispose. Most of all enjoy and relax. Pet fee is $10/ night if your dog is allowed. Call ahead to discuss. We love animals, but have to keep the safety of our own animals our top priority.
