Located approximately 25 miles south of downtown Miami and north of Homestead, it offers close proximity to US-1 and is only about 40 minutes away from Key Largo. The site boasts full hookups, including 50 AMP electric service, fresh water, sewer, and WIFI. Nestled in a tranquil environment, the property exudes a quiet atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat. It was okay
Hagen is a good host and the site is located ideally for exploring the area. It is stated in site description that longer term residents are the goal and that is apparent. There are several dogs belonging to longer term tenants and what goes with them to navigate. The entrance is so beautiful and the former windmill is very cool, but the rest of the site is industrial/remnants. Hookups worked great.
