Welcome to Three Willows Ranch, a peaceful 50-acre ranch tucked into the beautiful countryside of Southwest Colorado, just outside Bayfield and an easy drive from Durango. Come slow down, breathe a little deeper, and experience the quiet of ranch life. Our 35-foot Keystone Montana fifth wheel offers a comfortable, private place to stay, surrounded by open land, big Colorado skies, mature willow trees, and the relaxed rhythm of life in the country. The Montana is fully set up and ready for your stay, giving you the comforts of home while still letting you wake up on a working ranch. Your stay includes: • Private 35-foot Keystone Montana fifth wheel • Comfortable sleeping and living areas • Full kitchen for preparing meals • Private bathroom and shower • Heating and air conditioning • Outdoor space to relax and enjoy the ranch, including a grill and private mini fire pit • Access to our two pickleball courts starting in October 2026 • Disc golf course • Room to walk, unwind, and enjoy the property • Beautiful sunsets and incredible Southwest Colorado night skies • A peaceful home base for exploring Bayfield, Durango, Ignacio, Vallecito Lake, and the surrounding San Juan Mountains Three Willows Ranch is also home to horses, our historic ranch barn, and the Oak & Iron, our rustic ranch gathering space. Depending on what is happening at the ranch during your visit, you may see horses grazing, people playing pickleball, or one of our special gatherings taking place. This isn’t an RV park or a crowded campground. You’re staying on a private ranch with plenty of room around you and an opportunity to experience a little piece of Colorado ranch life. Spend your morning drinking coffee beneath the willows, head out for a day of hiking, fishing, boating, mountain biking, or exploring Durango, then come home to the quiet of the ranch. Whether you’re looking for a weekend getaway, a comfortable place to stay while exploring Southwest Colorado, or simply somewhere to unplug for a couple of days, we’d love to welcome you to Three Willows Ranch.
